First time. Stayed 3 nights. Found room of the great quality expected for a sleep inn except the room seemed smaller than expected. There was not places to put our bags. Found a free-standing wardrobe instead of a closet. Room clean, bed great, shower really good, but water pressure low. Front desk service superb. Breakfast good, but breakfast nook too... More

Just a stopover, so we only stayed one night. Bed wasn't as comfy as I had hoped, but they are very pet friendly. Rooms are quiet and were big enough for us. We had two dogs and paid $20 for both to stay with us. When I was checking in at 10pm, the front desk attendant was telling someone one... More

The room was tiny, however we had the convenience of my own fold-able tables and chairs we bought from a nearby Wal-Mart in Orem. Beds were confortable enough, and the pool was awesome. The only thing was the breakfast. When we first ate their sausage, it was so good! But then a bit later into the day and we all... More

When we turned on the fan in the bathroom the room filled with the nastiest cigarette smoke ever, in our Non Smoking room! And on our second day(It was already paid for or we would've left) the maid cleaned our room and then left the door open. When we came back in the afternoon the door opened without a key... More

Easy access off I-15 yet far enough with very little traffic noise. Check in was efficient. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Wi-Fi worked well. King bed was comfortable. Breakfast was adequate but the size of the breakfast room was very small with limited seating - very crowded. Happy to get a reasonable rate and would stay again.

Stayed here during a trip to a wedding. There was a remodel going on at the time, but no workers there during our stay. We had a great room that was newly remodeled. Kids loved the pool and the hot tub was perfect. The breakfast was great.

I really, really wanted to give this Sleep Inn a higher rating.......it did, after all, project a very nice appearance, pretty clean rooms, attractive lobby, indoor pool, decent room rate, etc. But, having worked in the tourism and hospitality fields, I guess I noticed a lot of 'little things" perhaps the average traveler wouldn't. Check-in was pretty painless; though the... More

Stayed here just 1 night, but it was clean and the staff were friendly. If you drive a bus or R,V. Not an easy place for parking. Good continental breakfast. Didn't like the coffee dispenser in the lobby it doesn't work with commuter mugs. I would cone back.

The day before, we were reading reviews on TripAdvisor about places to stay in Provo Utah and came across several good reviews of this place. We made reservations and found those reviews to be reliable. Very clean, comfortable beds, dog friendly and at a great price. Would stay here again. Very convenient to,the freeway. The only thing lacking is a... More
