We stayed at this hotel for 4 nites. There is not much in parowan but this is a nice place. Very clean and tidy. I do echo some of the complaints the walls are paper thin and we heard the guy next doors tv til 4 in the morning. They also didn't provide any utensils for the kitchen so we... More

We arrived after 9pm, I tried to close the blinds and lock the windows, one of the blinds fell off and the lady accused me of "messing" with them. The blinds do not block out the light. Everything is really old and dirty. I would never stay here.

Yeah it's cheap but there's a reason for that - no phone in the room, no Kleenex, no clock, no curtain (just a blind that did not block the bright light that was on all night long), hard and lumpy bed, old and worn out table and chairs. They do not provide any plates, silverware, pots, or pans. A young... More

Interesting experience, don't expect a fancy motel, it is basic but clean and comfortable. Booked as it has a full kitchen, very small though and the plates and utensils which are provided on request, are sadly plastic, it would be nice to have some cheap china plates. Our host was welcoming and delightful, and instantly helped when we had trouble... More

We booked this motel via booking.com, we arrived late from Zion, the lady owner waited for us and gave us all the cooking utensils. The motel was clean, a bit hard to find since the GPS navigation lead us through a small creek but we figured other way to get there. Considering the price we paid, 40usd, there is hardly... More

Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The manager was friendly and helpful and she went out of her way to give us a room that was quiet. She also helped us power up the air conditioner. The refrigerator worked well and froze ice over night for our cooler. Well worth the effort to leave the interstate.

We skied all day at Brian Head and then came back to this very clean, very homie studio apt. We were so excited about the price. We cooked all of our meals there in their lil kitchen. Saved a ton. We are a family of 5 and we had so much room. I cant wait to book with them again.... More

Decided to stay here because of the price, $36 per night. After paying an arm and a leg at Brian Head's ski resort. And I was a little uneasy at first, but as soon as we walked into the room, I loved it! It's so home-y and clean! It had a mini kitchen, which was great because we had a... More
