I printed an offer from facebook, upon arrival the lady at the front desk rudely said "i dont know anything about this" when i asked for the manager, she said "he is not here today". Interestingly enough the manager showed up a few minutes after and honored my facebook offer. When i returned to the fromt desk to complain about... More

We decided to celebrate our anniversary in park city stayed at the yarrow. The staff could barley speak english, was very rude and didn't seem to care. I paid for the honeymoon suite which turned out not getting my champagne or my strawberries they came to my room with cider and mints.. I had a friend drop off a cake... More

I stayed here years ago and it seemed nicer and more upscale. We used this place as a base for our family Park City vacation. It is located in a very central area of town. Bus stops right out front for Main street and all other destinations. It is a bit dated and not real inviting, but I did see... More

Stayed at the Yarrow for a scientific conference. The meeting rooms and facilities are average. Catered food was average as well. As a 'resort', however, the accomodations+amenities leave much to be desired. I've had better amenities at a two star hotel. Wall safe did not work, no microwave, they turned off my keycard TWICE during my 5 day stay. Had... More

The Yarrow, which has undergone some renovations, and has changed owners 3 times in it's long history, is a landmark on the way to Main Street Park City. However, even though the room and the hotel was extremely clean and organized, the stay of 3 nights was a good value but not a good experience. The front desk staff was... More

Attended a scientific conference in late July 2012 and my rating reflects that. For a vacation I'd probably give it an "average." Was told the room rate offered was so low because the hotel was interested in increasing its conference business. It's not hard to see why that business has been lacking. The hotel itself is fine but nothing special,... More

If I were setting up a conference, I would definitely avoid this place. It is mediocre generica, the bar and restaurant are gross, but the business services especially internet are ABYSMAL. It rises to the level of fraud that they advertise high-speed internet. I had to write a presentation and had to go into town to a coffeehouse with internet.... More

I appreciate that you did not have the best of experience here at the Yarrow. We are a work in progress and are trying to address each issue to bring up to a High Quality Standard where every guest is not only satisfied but appreciative of our excellence. In the meantime, we are changing and fixing and cleaning things: the... More

We live in Salt Lake and often go to Park City for a weekend get away. The Yarrow has always been a solid hotel with an accommodating staff. We recently booked a same day one night stay, upgrading to a room with deck or patio walkout to the pool. When we arrived, we were told this type of room does... More

Close to downtown, A little bit of a drive to Kimball Junction. Not a bad hotel for the price, a family friendly hotel.

This Hotel and Conferance Center needs a little TLC. There was only one person on staff at the check in/out desk. Upon our arrival he was tending to a phone call regarding an upcoming reservation. There was one other person in line ahead of us and it took a while to get checked in. The room was good size but... More

You are correct that the workout room does need some attention: I have gathered the information and have submitted a proposal to corporate to get some new equipment. It should be here next month. We are also changing the AC units but it is slow process. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and the opportunity to make the... More
