Rooms are little, especially the bathroom. Okay for single person or a couple, but not for a family. Also, the breakfast buffet was a complete rip off and was marketed in the lobby going in as complimentary until the bill arrived for $17/person. Very basic continental breakfast. Be careful!

This is a completely remodeled motel of some sort - they've done decent job of making it look good but between the smells, broken systems (hvac), and laundromat only a few rooms down in a pretty empty motel, I'm done.

I booked a night at The Yarrow when I ended up with an extra night in Salt Lake City after a business trip. I had read the mixed reviews, and went into it prepared for a mediocre experience. I must say that my sleep experience at the Doubletree was great. Despite a number of HUGE families situated in the hotel,... More

The Yarrow/Double Tree Hotel in Park City is average hotel with above average bedding in the rooms. The first and 2nd floors are like mazes...tough to find your way around the halls. Restaurant on site but food is average at best. Bar also located on lobby level but not may patrons to talk with...but beer is cold and lots of... More

I am writing to continue my earlier review which I did not know / could not edit. I wrote earlier that I had problems with a parcel left behind at the reception of the hotel. The staff were so extremely wonderful, they repacked the parcel for me, and physically brought it to a UPS store to get it sent back... More

Lobby was decorated very nicely. Sleek and modern. Room size was adequate although the bathroom was a bit small. Soaps and shampoo did not lather well, which might be due to the hard water in the area. Could not locate the fitness center, looks like this location did not have one.

Hi Robert, I am glad you liked our hotel. This is an interesting observation of yours about the soap. We will test and make sure that water is soft and treated. Soap and amenities are part of the Aroma Therapy brand and they are dictated by the Hilton. Thank you very much for your thoughts about them. I am bummed... More

This is an elegant hotel with the ambiance of a youth hostel. Lobby is large with adequate seating for semi-private meetings. Staff is professional & helpful especially the evening and night desk clerks. Upon arrival they gave us each a complimentary cookie. (Guess whose side of the war on obesity they're on?) Getting to the room they had two ($3.50... More

So, like many other reviewers I was hopeful when we arrived in the lobby. The outside of the building was concerning, but I tried to overlook the peeling facades, the construction and remodel equipment under the outside stairs, the general rundown appearance. I had made the reservation and wanted to be close to Main Street and Deer Valley. When my... More

TripAdvisor Member, Thank you for writing about your stay. We were delighted to serve you. I apologize that the few pockets of unfinished renovations interfered with the comfort of your stay. We are finishing those few small projects and should be done fairly soon. It is very nice that from you to write about the cleanliness of the guest room... More

LOW: It seems that Double Tree is taking over this property from some obscure brand. The pool was nasty; construction all around; hotel is a maze. HIGH: We didn't stay long as we had spent the previous week at Canyons.

Dear Emanuel, Thank you for writing at the Tripadvisor. It seems that you didn't enjoy your stay and didn't like our hotel. I am sorry that this is the case. We get favorable comments about the product all the time and I wouldn't like to talk about the tastes. It is very obvious that you did not like the product... More

Entering the lobby, I was optimistic because it is an attractive area. Our first issue came at check-in when we were notified the pool was down due to cleaning (there had been a mishap earlier in the day). This was disappointing but we were told the pool would be available the following morning at 8AM. My son and I woke... More

Hello Brian, Thank you for choosing DoubleTree Park City. I am sorry that the pool could not be recovered as fast as we hoped and I really hope that you know we did not open it keeping your best interest as our first concern. I apologize that it affected your stay so much. Nice that you mentioned our staff as... More
