We have stayed here many times, beginning when it was a Radisson, to celebrate our anniversary. I mentioned that it was our 45th anniversary and they generously upgraded us to the suite. Nice! We have always enjoyed our stay here and were glad to see they have added a free buffet breakfast.

The Peaks was clean. Air conditioner wasn't working well at all. Sounded like elephants above us for HOURS ( really bad when a pillow over the head doesn't drown out the sound). Asked at check in for quiet room, so she was accommodating and didn't put us near the pool (can't imagine the noise level that would have brought). All... More

Thank you for your review. Chris our executive housekeeper and her team do a wonderful job with the hotel which receives many high marks for cleanliness. I am sorry that the air conditioner wasn’t what you had hoped for. Stay tuned as we are about to embark on a total property renovation. Thank you for staying with us. More

ParkCity Peaks Hotel is located right on park avenue, so easy in and out. No roadnoise. Very clean and nice rooms, great hot breakfast included. Lobby and cleaning staff very nice and accommodating. Great rates for offseason. Coffee is excellent in the downstairs restaurant. NOTE: upper deck bar and grill on 3rd floor - horrible custy service! it's nice that... More

Thank you for your comments. We appreciate hearing about your experiences at the property. I am glad that you enjoyed the breakfast, the rooms, the coffee and most of the staff. I am sad that the bartender was less than hospitable and I will make a point to address the situation. Thank you again and we look forward to hosting... More

Standard hotel, but very accommodating staff. We came in late at night and the booking agency had made a mistake on our reservation. The front desk staff really bent over backwards to get us into a room. They called the booking agency and worked out the details so we didn't have to.

We spend a lot of time at the Escala in Park City. Well, I recieved a Groupon deal for a free bottle of wine and an OK price on thier version of a suite... WOW! WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT. The room was old and smelles like mold or wet or something. This room was not a suite.. I called the front... More

Before I write this I would like to explain the situation... I booked this through a Hotwire. I had actually styed here at least 3x in the past. Pretty affordable considering its IN Park City. It wasn't a Hilton, or even a Holiday Inn - but clean & affordable. My mother & aunt were visiting and we had decided to... More

Friendly, helpful staff! Very clean rooms, as well as the rest of the hotel. Very comfortable stay. Beautiful location. Large pool with indoor and outdoor sections. We have stayed here about once a year since 2008. They do a really good job of keeping the place looking very good.

Deceiving pictures, our room was a lot smaller than expected. Was put next to every noise maker like ice machine and I think above the laundry room. It was very clean, bed was comfortable, and great coffee in room.

Stayed here for 4 days while visiting PC. The staff was nice and friendly. The rooms were clean with comfortable beds. Breakfast was typical of "breakfast included," lots to choose from. We enjoyed the clean hot tubs (one inside and one outside). Pool area was also clean. Refrigerator in room was important for a traveling family.
