This place was a nightmare from the beginning. I arrived after hours and the code for the lobby did not work. Neither did any of the "emergency" numbers. I managed to get one young man on the phone somewhere who said he would help and then transferred me back to the non-working emergency number. I pounded on the lobby door... More

Good afternoon Tracy, I am sorry to hear about your issues but I believe you must have us confused with another property. We have a 24 hour Front Desk and do not utilize lockboxes or emergency numbers. Our spacious lobby is open 24 hours and is accessed through automatic sliding doors and we have clerks manning our Front Desk at... More

Most of the time, I feel that I over-research my travel plans. I thought I had done an adequate job this time. I was wrong.... If you are a grown up who lives in a "real house", you will want to stay somewhere else. I understand that there is a lot of variation from unit to unit, and the unit... More

The room was nice, but one of the beds had no blankets and the bed was broken. They said the could not accommodate us with another room and they would not be repaired till following. There was no manager or maintenance man on site. The service is horrible! I will never stay here again.

Spent 2 nights in an "updated" condo. Water was off the first day, which I found out by the note taped to the door when I arrived. I did not walk barefoot while there. Window unit AC was on, made noise, but did not blow air. Electrical fuse blew when I tried to adjust AC. "Secure" main entry door was... More

The hotel's online reservation was not working when we booked the room, which should be the first sign that we should go else where. We ignored it and called the hotel reservation. With broken English, the lady at the hotel reservation took our phone reservation and credit card info... When we went check-in two weeks later, the lady at the... More

Terrible. That's all I can say about this dump. We had reserved a premium studio (featured on their website) and were placed in a 1970's studio condo that had not been cleaned. Seriously! At first we thought the throw-back linoleum was merely stained. Then we ran a damp paper towel over it. Dirty. When we complained to the front desk... More

Is the worst place in all Park City, it is expensive (1000$ a month) for a small dirty studio and they will tell you that they are going to give you your deposit back but all you get are a thousand excuses... I would never go back there again they are just thieves... CAREFUL FOREIGNERS THEY WILL TRY TO STEAL... More

After reading all of the reviews I was really nervous to arrive here. When we got into our room we were pleasantly surprised. The room was fair large with a big comfy bed, couch, kitchen, decent sized bathroom, balcony. We enjoyed the room itself. The first night was nice and relaxing. I assume that we didn't have any neighbors that... More

The Prospector has just gone through a multi million dollar remodel and the place has a brand new feel. These are condo units that have individual owners and the finish and quality of each unit can vary greatly. There is a 24 hour front desk and yes the Prospector rents out owners rooms like a hotel, but in my experience,... More

The room was dated, had pealing plaster in the bathroom as well as mildew on the shower curtain. There was rot on the baseboards in the bathroom as well. No maid service either. Definitely not worth the money. I would rather stay in salt lake and drive for the price.
