I've been to Utah several times in the past and always stayed at decent hotels for less of what I paid at this hotel. I always told my wife that Utah is a wonderful place to live and work and I booked a room at this expensive hotel because I wanted to impress her...I just wished her to have the... More

We are disappointed to learn that a guest had an unpleasant experience at our property. We take our guests' comments very seriously and, if a guest of ours has any concerns during their stay, we encourage them to contact a manager so that they can be addressed immediately. We will make it right! More

To echo some earlier posts...Don't be fooled by pictures!! Pool was not functioning properly and rooms did not look like the web site! During our five days stay, the pool was always partially covered and NOT steaming. I was told at the front desk that I could take the cover off and use it. I didn't sign up to be... More

We are disappointed to learn that a guest of ours received sub-par service from our staff. Guest comments are the single best tool we have for improving the services we provide. This feedback will be reviewed with our staff and incorporated in our ongoing training program. *Please note there may be times that, due to unforeseen circumstances, certain amenities (such... I work in the resort industry in Park City and do book this property. I also happen to live in Powderwood. I wanted to post this for people considering a stay here. Every condo is individually owned so there can be big differences in the decor of each unit. The property management company leaves a lot to be desired. I... More

I just got back from Powderwood yesterday. I have to say, it was ok. We got a 2 bedroom + loft as we were 6 adults. The size of the condo was comfertable, kitchen, dinining areas were fine. Both bedrooms were ok sized too, one much larger then the other. The major surprise that the loft was accessible by ladder.... More

I had read the reviews before staying here and had mixed feelings about what my family and I would find. Staying at the PowderWood Condos was an absolutely super experience!!! We stayed in a one-bedroom and got a terrific price for the off season. The condo was immaculate, tastefully decorated, very clean, quiet, and they even offer covered parking for... More

After reading previous reviews, my husband and I were very concerned. The property manager assured us that we would have a very nice and clean condo to stay in with our two children. It was a beautiful two bedroom with two full baths that had been completely remodeled and updated including hard wood and tiled floors, new carpet, all new... More

Having previously stayed in up-scale pricey condos that were ski in / ski out we were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived at our inexpensive Powderwood Unit in Building 1. The Décor  Lovely, comfortable and clean (Better than the pictures) Kitchen  Fully equipped (above and beyond our needs) Extras - DVD player, Washer/Dryer, TV with both Cable and... More

We walked up to our unit to find that our outer door, made of the standard metal for screen doors, was "kicked out" as if someone kicked it from the inside really hard ...the metal edges were lifted out from the frame, thus making it quite dangerous with a nice gaping hole! MANAGER'S RESPONSE:he knew about it for a week,... More

Looks great in the photos, but not quite as advertised. Large spaces are nice. Plus a full kitchen. But beware: No air conditioning. A bit of a bug problem, too. Management is not interested in service, either (they charge you $25 for a non-emergency phone call). This was as close to roughing it as you can get. We cut our... More
