This was our second stay at the Park Station Resort Condominium. Each time, we came during President Week for a 5 night stay in one of the hotel rooms (building 2). I agree with other travelers' comments that the rooms are outdated and we found the bathroom to be very small. However, the location is truly amazing, the price unbelievably... more

I was part of a group and we spent a week in Park Station condos. Most of my fellows had complaints about the place but I gotta say that taking its price into account my stay there was very satisfactory. The most interesting thing for me was that part of their front desk staff was not American. I had the... more

Sometimes location is not everything... Pros: Location - one block from end of Main Street Price - (amazing how little you get for $300+ in way of lodging in Park City) Cons: Tired old furnishings (everything need updating/ replacement) Buildings old and showing age... management and owners letting things get seedy looking. Noisy, inefficient heating system (LR/kitchen area overheated, bedroom... more

We booked 3 2BR condos. They all varied from extremely tired to somewhat up to date. Great location, but at $250 per person per night I thought it was way overpriced. more

We stayed in a 3 bedroom unit at Park Station during the 4th of July week this past summer. It was a very pleasant stay, overall. Unit Features and size: This unit is quite spacious. Overall, the condition was above average. The grea- room was quite large and had a fireplace. There was plenty of room to spread out. The... more

Let me say that a roadside travel motel may be a good comparison to this condo/hotel. The room was dark, the furniture cheap, worn, and circa 1980, the bed hard and pillows lumpy. Our room was not serviced properly. There was a rag on the bathroom floor for two days, the coffee pot (and area) was not cleaned or replenished,... more

Four of us stayed for a week in a 2 BR 2 BA condo. Although the decor and appliances were a bit tired, everything was clean and comfortable. It was very spacious with a fireplace we used daily. We did see other units that were significantly more updated. The location can't be beat. There is a bus stop immediately off... more

One of the best things about these condos was a good location. The free city bus stop was directly in front of the condos which are located on Park Ave. It takes about 5 minutes for the bus to take you to the the Park City Base and about 10 minutes to the Deer Valley base. The town lift was... more

I had concerns about the price....that is was possibly too low compared to others in the area. Granted, it's not a a 5 star but it seemed almost too reasonable. The 2 bedroom 2 bath condo we rented was actually quite nice---nicely decorated, comfy leather furniture, new tiling in kitchen and baths and granite contertops. Buildings and hallways are brick...reminiscent... more

It is the superb location which makes this hotel (and why I rated it above average) -- literally just a few minutes walk from the base of the Town Chairlift, and although the address is Park Ave, it is effectively at the bottom end of "Main Street" where you will find bars, restaurants, shopping, galleries etc. You could not ask... more
