this place was state of the art in 1962 and not much has changes - but that's ok. old school feel and look to the place. The owners are super nice and somebody was always around to answer a question or help. The location to the base of the ski area is fantastic. It is about a three minute walk... More

Nice inexpensive option for travel to Park City. Practically, on Park Curt Mountain. About a mile walk to town though. Paper thin walls. Many folks seem tone regulars and leave room doors open like its a dorm in college. If your going cheap, I do recommend. However, do understand it's not the Waldorf.

We were grateful to find an affordable place to stay in Park City. The continental breakfast was good. The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. Clean bedding and towels. The owner was kind enough to loan me a blow dryer when mine broke. They also provided directions, bus information and advice. I would highly recommend to anyone not wanting... More

We decided to head to Park City for President's weekend way late and the only accommodations we could find was Chateau Apres Lodge. Built in 1964 this is a classic '60s vintage ski lodge. The rooms are simple and straightforward - everything you need but nothing extra. There is a gas fireplace in the lodge and the morning breakfasts are... More

If you're looking for a low-key place about a seven minute walk from the Park City lifts, this place is perfect. I stayed in the dorm for one night in February 2015 and it was ideal. It's rustic and the dorm is closer to an army barracks than a three-star resort, but the people are friendly and the place is... More

Helpful Staff, and a perfectly warm place to lay your head whats not to like. They even placed my lost luggage in my room when it turned up nice touch which was up 3 flights of stairs. and one of the older members of staff assisted us in clearing the snow of our car

We stayed here for 4 nights in January, everyone was so friendly and helpful. The rooms are simple but clean and have all the necessities. So close to the slopes, and in a great location. There is a little continental breakfast every morning to get you started for the day. If we are ever in Park city again we will... More

A few nights in the hostel bunk room at the Chateau Apres will cure you of your need to save a few dollars while on a ski holiday. At nearly $60 per night, you will be greeted with a rickety bunk bed topped with paper thin sheets and blankets worn through with holes The floor will never be clean, the... More

We stayed here over Christmas and New year. It is in a perfect location. Five minutes walk to the ski bus stop for deer valley in your ski boots and carrying skis and the same distance the other way for park city skiing or the canyons bus. The room was warm, clean, a good tv and always had hot water.... More

I picked this place because of the low price and proximity to the mountain. It completely met my expectations. The furniture is a bit old, but the room is clean, with a walk-in closet, the TV has a lot of channels. It was always warm and the water in the shower was hot. Free breakfast is served from 7:30 to... More
