I saw the review that compared this hotel to Wal Mart and just had to jump in. I've stayed there twice and the second time it definitely felt more institutional than under the previous owners but not Wal Mart or Holiday Inn. We stayed for three nights in late February. The B&B IS conveniently located, but that's the most we can say. The common areas smelled terrible and very poorly decorated (think Wal-mart.)
