A little weird that the lobby was being remodeled during their holiday busy season but truly that was the worst of it. Great customer service at the front desk! We came early and they checked us in hours before official check in. I couldn't believe it. Our room was nicely decorated and was huge for the 3 of us. The... More

This was our second stay at Sweetwater (last visit…1/1/2010). Quick notes: First, we booked through the Armed Forces Vacation club so our experience ($$$) may be different than other reviewers. Second, when we arrived the front lobby was under renovation. However, we weren’t there to vacation in the the lobby………..it’s all about the skiing. Finally, we stayed in guestroom #3.... More

This hotel was better than I expected. We had a one bedroom suite. It had a kitchen, bedroom and living room. I loved the park city transit system. They had buses that took you all over park city. The bus stop was just outside in the back of the hotel.

Went there for my anniversary and the stay was the worst stay i ever had. We originally had the two bedroom cottage. We walked in there and the unit was not cleaned at all. There were bugs on the floor and we noticed that the sheets had either not been changed or cleaned. Went back to the front desk and... More

We stayed at the Sweetwater Lift Lodge Aug 13-20. There is nothing fancy about this timeshare, but it met all our needs. Since we only paid $349 for the week, it was a good value. We had one of the four 2-BR cabins across the street from the lodge. Not much of a view from those since they are nestled... More

A few years ago, I posted a glowing review of Sweetwater, which I locked into via RCI. In that review, I described how wonderful the renovated property was. That unit (in Phase 2) was one of the best RCI exchanges I have ever locked into. Sadly, I revisited the resort for the Park City Food & Wine Festival. Normally, I... More

As the title indicates this a great location if you're in Park City to Ski-short walk to Legacy Lodge and lift lines. If you're not here to ski there are better choices. We are frequent time share users so my issues are comparing Sweetwater to what I would consider "typical" timeshares. *Inadequately stocked kitchen for cooking needs-we ended up buying... More

Great time for our ski trip. Staff was more than helpfull, unit was clean. A block plus walk to the PCMR. My only problem was the thin blinds covering the large window, the street light outside keeps the room pretty bright. I like it dark, just my pref.

Great location, within walking distance of Park City Mountain Resort. Our unit was renovated, but done in a very shoddy manner. Staff was trying hard to cope with significant deferred maintenance, but seemed to be falling behind. Acceptable accommodation if you are looking for a ski crash pad, but don't expect any creature comforts.

When we checked out, housekeeping accused us of damaging the couches in the room! We had noticed when we moved into the room that the couches had damage on the front of them which looked like it had rubbed against something to take off the fabric. From itchy sheets that gave our daughter a rash for 2 weeks to bedding... More
