I had to book three rooms for a business event in Salt Lake City, last minute. Even with the 30 minute commute, we were thrilled. The grounds are beautiful, the rooms are gorgeous and the staff is amazing. Our days were really long and it was a pleasure coming back to this luxurious hotel. Comfy beds, fully appointed kitchen, leather... More

The Silverado Lodge has nice accommodations, an attentive staff and a good price. Its location is close to many things you would want to do in and around Park City and at Canyons itself. It not all perfect thought as some corners were cut here, in particular, the pool and whirlpool are small as is the window-less workout room. Also,... More

We had a small room (our choice) looking out to the mountains. Beautiful area, beautiful room. The staff couldn't have been friendlier or more honest. On returning home after a long plane ride I realized I was missing my camera which contained many family photos from our reunion. I called the hotel and just received a call back this AM... More

We have stayed at the Silverado many times over the last few years. And, while the hotel continues to be a great location, there have been some recent changes that have taken away from the "love it" opinion we previously had. Even with the changes and decrease in overall "customer service" feel, we still think it is a good place... More

My friends and I came up here for a girls weekend. Somehow our reservation was messed up horribly. At first the front desk person was not very sympathetic and didn't really seem like she was going to help us. Once we showed our confirmation email she was more willing to help. We were downgraded from a 2 bedroom to a1... More

Stayed multiple nights for a summer sporting event and while The Silverado is one of the more economical options in the Park City you'd be surprised at what you won't get for a $160+ a night. You won't get housekeeping, a working TV, carpet you dare walk on barefooted, a staff with answers, garbage cans or anything that doesn't have... More

Room was great, can't beat the view. But what really made this an exceptional hotel stay was Jordan at the front desk. When 9 of us showed up to check in at the same time (all of us grouchy from flight delays), Jordan got us all checked in quickly and efficiently and made a great first impression. Then, when we... I stayed here a year ago when I came for a work conference and had a great time. I chose the Silverado again and glad I did. I liked having a porch attached to my room so I could enjoy the beauty and warmth. My only complaint: the chair for the desk wasn't very comfortable. However, the bed was unbelievable!

A great choice for those wanting to be close to Canyons resort. A great value and all the amenities you need for a great vacation. Very comfortable and functional rooms. About a 8-10 min walk to lifts and hotel runs a shuttle to Sundial (if you don't want to walk). The facility has a pool Jacuzzi (outside), a small (but... More

This is a very good choice for a lower-cost hotel at Canyons. Location is part-way up the mountain; hotel offers free shuttle service up to the resort base, and down to Canyons Transit Hub. From the Transit Hub, we caught free public buses to historic Park City, to the Park City Mountain Resort, and to Kimball Junction. The location is... More
