The Lodges at Deer Valley have a set up in between a condo and a hotel. The floor plans are very flexible (i.e. you can rent a single hotel room, or a 1,2 or 3 BR condo). OUr 3 BR was really a 2 BR with loft. Third BR was upstairs and open to all sound and noise from living room and kitchen. Took away ability to use common areas in early morning and late evening.
