The new management has cleaned up the hotel and got it back to what we expect. It looks much better than last December. It is still the perfect location. I love walking out the ski locker and sliding 30 m to the lift. The new staff is very helpful and professional. Traffic is decidedly lower that previous years, so everyone... more

The Lodge at the Mountain Village was under different management for the last 20 years. The property management changed this summer and the building has been spruced up and maintainence items are taken care of on a regular basis now. Most units have been upgraded considerably. The units that have not been upgraded are rented out last and at a... more

Great ski in and ski out location but for the price the units have too many issues. Chairs are broke, thermostats don't work well, beds are bad, windows don't open or close properly and mgmt does not care. Oh well, guess they have a captive audience at Park City as there aren't too many locations on the slopes. more

We just got back from our trip here and were disappointed with the Lodge at Mountain Village and their inflated prices. It is the first place we have ever stayed that did not have a crib that we could use, which was a MAJOR inconvenience for us. On the phone the guy said we could probably get a crib, pre-charged... more

Stayed there for 2 nights during early March, and I thought the Studio2 was charming: decor, fireplace, new kitchen and dishes, new bathroom, comfortable murphy bed. Staff was fantastic--they will drive you to the grocery store or town, watch your luggage after checkout so you can ski. They even mailed me something I forgot. And about 20 steps from the... more

The value, service, quality, and location would be difficult to beat. I read the "review" on the first page written by frankophiledoc. Unfortunately there is no recourse for the The Lodge on bogus or silly reviews like this. I felt compelled to respond as I usually do not, The Lodge was excellent. The cleanliness was very good, but it is... more

I paid $1,045 for 3 nights in an efficiency room while attending Sundance. I had no heat in my room for the first 24 hours. The management refused to give me any type of refund and tried to tell me that they had "upgraded" my room which was untrue. The location is good but this place desperately needs new management. more

We are in the fifth day of a six day stay her at the Lodge. The location is great. Truly ski in ski out. At our arrival check in was very smooth. A lot of staff are college kids from South America. Our bellman, Vincent, not only helped us get our bags to our room but took us to the... more

Outstanding experience. From Meagn at the front desk, who was absolutely fabulous to the condo, itself, our stay couldn't have been nicer. Great service from the moment we checked in, Meagan went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The one bedroom with large loft condo we stayed in was: clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and up to date and... more

My wife and enjoyed the easy accessibility to the slopes, for an early ski trip. The room was nice, and close to the slopes and town. more
