Not a luxury accommodation (and we wouldn't have expected so) but great value for money. Location is unbeatable: ski-in ski-out hotel very convenient for PCRC and easy to reach all other resorts in the area through the on-demand hotel shuttle. The hotel is also a transportation hub for 5 of the city free bus lines, meaning that there is basically... More

Although the snow conditions were excellent/fantastic, we found the accommodation experience underwhelming. We booked a Deluxe1 bedroom,2 bathroom unit, at a cost of ~US$650 per night, for 6 nights, but the unit was very tired. We booked the unit 8 months in advance, & requested a king bed (but we got a room with 2 double beds). There is no... More

On arrival at the Lodge the room booked for us through ski.com had apparently been sold, and was occupied. Fortunately, the manager was very helpful and had us moved to another and better room with a view of the skating rink and lifts. The room was a full 2 bedroom, and included laundry facilities. Although the fireplace didn't work, the... More

We stayed here a week. The room was tiny and dingy and expensive. The cleaning staff is not good. They took the dirty towels and didn't replace them. We had to call the front desk and ask for towels. We had to call to get toilet tissue, coffee, cups, all the regular amenities typically in your room.. It took two... More

Because its individually owned condo units with separate hotel management company and a condo association for the common areas, none of the corridors have been upgraded since the late 70s. Furniture and room was not to current hotel standards for the price being charged. Owners are trying to maximize their profits by providing the least amount they can get by... More

Literally the oldest, dirtiest, most vile smelling room we've ever seen. Management was unwilling to help so we had to lose our entire payment of over $2,000. Yup, it was so bad we would rather have lost our money then spent one night in this pigsty.

On 1/17/16 my husband and I arrived at the Lodge at Mt. Village, having booked in early November a Queen size room. My deposit was taken, my balance was taken, and my reservation secured. Upon arrival, we were literally pointed in the direction of our room, while carrying luggage, skis, etc. We went outside the reception area, went to an... More

Wanted a reasonably priced ski in ski out condo in Park City. What a great place. We booked a 3 bedroom 3 bath and it was perfect for our family and our kids friends. The master had a king and bathroom downstairs. The upstairs had 2 rooms with queens beds in it. Both had their own bathrooms. Then there were... More

My wife and I stayed at the Lodge for ~ a week. The location is right by the base of the mountain so super convenient. Our two bedroom condo was great: very spacious, large kitchen and family room, 2.5 bathrooms and extra beds in one of the bedrooms (could have easily slept up 3 couples). Most importantly, the hotel staff... More

This was our second trip/stay at the Lodge at the Mountain Village over the Christmas holiday. Both times we found the studio room perfect for our needs and a great value. Uncrowded hot tubs, responsive staff, ski in/out. There is a free, reliable shuttle that runs right from the ski resort/Lodge to all parts of Park City for shopping and... More
