The hot tubs at the main office were great, good temperature, and there are two. They are a good size. It's a good location. The free bus takes you to the lifts and back in only a few minutes. It's walking distance to the Fresh Market grocery store. The hot tub in our unit would not get above 85 degrees,... More

Hello Bob M, Various property management companies/vacation rental companies rent condominiums at the Park Avenue complex - which unit number did you stay in and which property management company did you book through? I searched our Identity Properties (we are a local Park City property management company with condominium rentals at Park Avenue) database and cannot find a January rental... More

We looked at what they said they had, and payed RCI to book it for us and gave up a week of our other timeshare. Said kitchen, well there was a hot plate. No internet or wifi in the room. It said they rooms had been remodeled, and the carpet was filthy, the bed was a bed in the wall... More

Hello, I would recommend you contact RCI regarding your experience at the Park Avenue Condominiums. Various property management companies/vacation rental companies rent out condominiums at the Park Avenue complex and RCI could help you find which company was responsible for the unit you stayed in. Identity Properties staffs the Park Avenue front desk but is not associated with RCI or... More

We were here the first week of March with our ski club. We had unit 274 which was clean and well maintained. We appreciated the spaciousness, and nearness to the bus stop and grocery store. On the down side, our unit was 1/4 mile to the office/hot tub/pool. We would have liked to use the hot tub but didn't want... More

Arrival Feb. 2014. This unit was rated silver by Mountain Reservations/ Vacation Roost, I was assured that "it was clean and comfortable, just may not have upgraded fixtures such as granite counters etc. that a gold unit would have. This unit was filthy and poorly maintained. The cleaning staff did all they could, but beige carpets were stained black, there... More

Memorial day weekend was great and we loved this 3 BR\2.5BA property. The property is walking distance to bike rentals, grocery store, restaurants, fast food, sporting goods stores. We are bikers and it connects directly to multiple park city bike trails and shuttle stop. The back porch on the golf course (where the kids practiced golf between golf parties) and... More

We have stayed here in both summer and winter. We have also stayed in various other properties in Park City. This is by far our favorite place to stay for many reasons. The first is the location. It is on a golf course with a lot of open space which is great for walking around. My kids like to hunt... More

The unit we stayed in smelled horrible. My wife actually had to cover her mouth whenever she was in the front room and had to spend most of her time upstairs due to the oders. When we brought this up with management (Dina) we were told it was our fault for not bringing this up earlier. We were very unsatisfied... More

My family (4 adults) stayed in this 2BR/2.5 BA condo (#314; Bronze level) in early March, while skiing at the Park City area ski resorts. Positive things: 1. Central location of the condo complex: We used the free shuttle (bus stop is 2 minutes walking from the condo) to get to the resorts of Deer Valley, Park City Mountain, and... More

OK so maybe it's my inexperience with Time Shares yet when we arrived late at night for the use of the "studio" that "sleeps 4" the front door practically hit the "murphy bed". We literally had to move the sofa (the other sleep piece) to open the murphy bed. If both had been pulled out for use there would have... More
