It is always a bit disconcerting to arrive on the other side of the world after flying and travelling close to 24 hours to be told, "I'm sorry sir, we are overbooked tonight and can't accommodate you in the room that you booked." The heart sinks, and thoughts of being moved to some other less convenient hotel enter your head.... More

I went for a conference with my fiancé and could not have asked for a better experience. Its ski in/ski out with rentals in the hotel making it very easy to get out in the snow! The lobby area is not the most grand fireplace (gas)- which is usually my favorite part but we spent a lot of time using... More

I traveled here on business. I had stayed in a few other areas in Park City and this ranks up there with the best of them. Very nice property with plenty of amenities that were all in great condition. Quite area with some great views of the surrounding mountains. Great for business travel and leisure stay

The hotel in the summer is a great place for a meeting. The meeting facilities are nice and reasonably priced. This is a very nice hotel. The only problem is the limited hours for their restaurant and bar in the summer... close early and not open every day.

It was an overnight must needed rest after 10 days in Yellowstone and Grand Teton before departing SLC international. We stayed on points on a Friday night. The bell service and valet was top notch. Our room was a huge double queen with fireplace, kitchenette and balcony, and view of the gondola. Of course, nothing much going on in the... More

On our way to Yellowstone, it was time to stop and rest for the day. We found this Hyatt on Yahoo. Valet was great, check-in was great, the room and view were excellent. We asked for AAA, and any other discount possible, AAA was the best. Everything is close, take the ski lift to the top and enjoy the view,... More

Beautiful facility. Comfortable room. Ski in/out if there is enough snow. We were able to ski out, but couldn't ski in because of lack of snow. Had to ski to main base area and carry our gear back up the hill to the Hyatt. Not a big deal, but just be aware that you may encounter that situation. It's in... More

We rented a condo located within the lodge that is privately owned, so I will review that separately. The overall vibe of the hotel was pretty comfortable, I wish they had a more inviting lobby area, but the lobby really just seemed to serve as a in/out to the front door. The decor is a bit dated, I would describe... More

We were able to book a room on short notice.. we had a terrible experience at another location, and were stuck in a terrible storm. Dominic was able to secure a room for our group, and made sure that all our needs were met. He went above and beyond for us. The hotel itself is gorgeous. Everything is very clean... More

The Hyatt Escala Lodge offers great rates during the off season. Very glad I jumped at the chance to stay here because this is an amazing hotel, and it was so quiet and peaceful this time of year (late July). Some of the highlights include: a superb location for hiking/skiing, free indoor parking (underneath the building), nice pool & hot... More
