Long weekend ski trip with 4 adults - rented a 2 bedroom/2bath unit for 4 nights. 5 Star price ($430+/night) for a 2 star experience. Very very dated, small bedrooms, small bathrooms with zero upgrades - lots of broken items (dresser handles, dishwasher door, etc). Poorly stocked bathrooms. We saw cleaning people around but in 5 days we were never... More

Perfect location. Nice, clean room. Bring your own firewood or you can purchase at the grocery store in town. Everything you need is in the kitchen. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. We'd stay again.

I'm surprised the reviews are so horrible of this place... it was fine! It's a condo/timeshare so you have to go in with those expectations. We stayed in a one bedroom and it was really big. Full kitchen, 2 queen beds and a murphy bed. The kitchen was well stocked and the staff was friendly. It's no frills but if... More

Totally deceptive, photos are false, rooms and pool are gross, staff doesn't understand English. The one request we had was for a pack-n-play to be set up as we were arriving at 10:30pm with a baby. The girl at the front desk couldn't understand enough English to get us through the road closures for the Arts Festival or to get... More

CONS: - Heat doesn't work & it is either too hot or too cold - Exposed baseboard heaters are dangerous for small children - Shower heads are horrible, air is used to try to use less water - Toilet paper is rough - No security around resort (free access to laundry room, guest room breezeways & gym) - No blankets... we had a three bedroom which was great. One room had bunk beds so it will sleep 4. The master is up a spiral stair case which can be a bit tricky. The kitchen is small but functional. The appliances were loud. The refrigerator sounded like a crying baby. The heat is baseboard and hard to control as well. They... More

We stayed in a one bedroom unit, which is really what used to be 2 hotel rooms. I never asked, but the configuration told me that this used to be a hotel, that became condos. It was 2 rooms with the adjoing door left open. Each room had a door that opened to the hallway, you just didn't use one.... More

We stayed in a studio room that had a queen bed and a pull out couch that could hold two more people. The room was pretty tiny but nice. It had a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need. The grocery store is just a few blocks away and you can cook in the room. The bathroom is really tiny.... More

We stayed in a 3 bedroom unit during the first week of April 2014. The unit that we had was not the same as the photos of the 3 bedroom unit on the website, we had the living room/dining room and kitchen that were pictured for the 2 bedroom unit. Not the end of the world, but it was very... More

The location is unbeatable -- walk right out to the lift and also walk to all the restaurants and other businesses in downtown Park City. However . . . we booked a room and received a confirmation stating "hotel room king." When we arrived, the room had two twin beds. Management said "we'll have someone come up and push the... More
