The photos online look nice but this hotel is not as it appears. It is not 4-star and extremely overpriced considering the room was dirty, never cleaned properly and no clean sheets appeared during a 7-night stay. Arrived with my friends 01/06 thru 01/10 stayed in a 2BR Spa unit. Requested a high floor slopeside and was put on the bottom floor by the parking lot where the loud machines cleared the parking lot anywhere from 2:00 am to 6:00 am every day.
