I wish I could give more than five stars. This place is amazing!! From the luxurious accommodations to the outstanding service the team does not miss anything. Poolside is unbelievable with the perfect atmosphere and the attentive pool attendant, Joanna. We can't stress enough..........."this is the perfect place to plan a relaxing getaway". Take the gondola up to the village... More

We recently stayed at the Waldorf Astoria Park City this summer and had a WONDERFUL STAY!! FAbulous hotel, great service, beautiful pool area, walk to mountain, free concerts, etc. We stayed in the winter for skiing (which was equally awesome) and really enjoyed the summer as well. Great views - courtyard and mountain views are absolutely wonderful. This is a... More

Spent a total of 6 days here for first visit to PC in mid-July. Staff was very pleasant and helpful upon arrival. Christie and Rose from the Concierge team ensured we had a great list of things to do once we had checked in and got centered. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The WA is located at the base of The... More

The hotel is a lovely property, located in or near Park City. It appeared most rooms look out on the beautifully landscaped pool area or toward surrounding mountains. I stayed in a deluxe king room that was very nicely appointed, with Golden Door Spa personal amenities. The best thing about the hotel is the staff. They were pleasant, knowledgeable, and... More

We stayed at the Waldorf during the week of 4th of July. It was great. While waiting in the bar for our room to be ready, we mentioned to the bartender that we hoped to get a room with a balcony overlooking the canyons for a great view of the fireworks. He made it happen. We were upgraded to a... More

Came to Park City for a weekend wedding celebration. First visit to Utah. Waldorf was great. Stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. Very nice. Best part was the concierge desk. Jordan and Christie did a great job of guiding us for 3 days. One place we went to was the Farm in the Canyons for dinner. Highey rated but our... More

I scheduled a manicure and pedicure for my mother and I as a "treat" during her visit to Park City. The treat became a burden as we were charged for coffee (15 dollars+ tip) immediately upon our arrival as we had an early morning appointment and we had requested coffee. Then, our treatments began...the pedicurists were kind and good humored,... More

I just had a manicure and pedicure at the Golden Door Spa in Park City - $120.....plus 18% tip. While I think the price is a little steep, I probably wouldn't have minded if it had been a luxurious memorable visit, but it truly was nothing special. To top it off I asked for a cup of coffee and was... More

This is a beautiful, beautiful luxury hotel in The Canyons area of Park City, a couple of miles from the historic district of Park City. It’s also quite close to the Olympic Park, a large outlet shopping area, and Redstone ( a shopping, restaurant and hotel area with Best Buy, TJ Maxx, a bowling complex and several nice restaurants). The... More

We have stayed atthishotel a number of times, in addition to the last 3 Christmas weeks. Our first stay was spectacular. By our 2 nd Christmas we had problems with the room( leaks etc) and they were unable to accommodate our family on the same floor. Sad for a family vacation, since we had booked a 2 bedroom suite. This... More
