We arrived on the December 22nd at about 3 pm were told the rooms would not be ready until 5 pm even though we had booked a two bedroom suite. Waited for two hours for the room to be available. The hotel is advertised as a ski in ski out location it has a chair lift that take you to... More

We booked the Waldorf expecting accommodations and amenities on par with a Four Seasons or Fairmont resort. For $700 a night, we were put in a shockingly small and dark room called a "deluxe king." You just can't take a basic Hilton room, upgrade the thread count of the sheets, add upscale toiletries and call it a 5-star property. We... More

My wife and I stayed at the Waldorf on 1/6 & 1/7. We won a weekend trip from one of our company's vendors. I was blown away with the property and especially the room! We had a room with two full bedrooms with big screen plasma's and fireplaces. There were 3 bathrooms with rock tile floors in the bathrooms. The... More

I stayed here for business in October 2011. The room was beautiful. The food was surprisingly average. I would stay here again.

I booked 2 spa treatments for my 2 daughters for 12/26/11 at least one month inadvance. Each 80 minute treatment was $200 + 18% automatic gratuity. A few days before 12/26, the spa called me and moved the appts at their request to fit their scheduling. Now my daughters would be seen 30 minutes apart which impacted the time they... More

I cannot believe that this hotel thinks it is 5 star!  As a Hilton Honors Gold member and frequent , I can say if you want any kind of service...even 1 star, do not stay here you are better of at a "Scarriott!!!".  I have stayed at other Waldorf properties, including The Boulders, The Cavalieri in Rome and The Grand... I traveled to the Waldorf Astoria Park City for 4 nights in February 2011 with my husband, newborn baby, and my parents. We used Hilton rewards points and upgraded to a one-bedroom suite for $59/night. It was perfect! We wanted all of the suite amenities since we were traveling with a newborn, and the hotel really made it easy for... More

Wish I could have stayed longer! I recently stayed at the Waldorf for one night before heading to Salt Lake City for a week on business. I had to arrive a day early so I figured why not check out Park City. From the welcoming reception of the bell staff and valets (not to mention they were all adorable) to... More

If you’re looking for five star service as well as accommodations, Waldorf Astoria Park City, Utah is the place. My family and I visited the Waldorf Astoria last Thanksgiving in 2010, and decided to return this year. To my surprise, our experience was consistently pleasurable again. Sometimes when you have a chance to take a closer look at something you... More

Stayed here after a business trip in Salt Lake City for 2 nights. We didn't want to leave the room it was so nice and pleasant. We had the amenities of a 1/2 kitchen, fireplace, deck overlooking the valley. Upon check in, there were freshly baked cookies in our room..yummy! We also tried the dinner room service, which was great... More
