Our family visited Park City, Utah Thanksgiving 2010. We love this time of year and wanted to stay some place warm and cozy. We had previously stayed in the mountains in Mont Blanc, but never considered Utah. Well, we were pleasantly surprised at the amiable and welcoming community of Park City. Prior to arriving we reached out to Martyne Stout,... More

The service was outstanding! We would definitely return to this hotel! The shuttle service was a great way to get around town. We only had to use a cab once on our trip. The close proximity to the Canyons resort is very convenient. Spruce restaurant in the hotel was amazing. Everything was perfectly cooked. He had a massage at the... More

This hotel has limited one bedrooms, so we paid for a one-bedroom suite. My only off-putting experience was at check-in. I had only ONE request for the hotel and that was to have a room close to the lobby. Unfortunately the girl who checked us in didn't and wouldn't even bother to check. To me for approximately $800/night she should... More

My family of 4 arrived dec26. I am a diamond Hilton member and used a ton of points for this 6 day stay. When we arrived the staff seemed annoyed I was using points. No upgrades were available-which was ok, but a king deluxe is not large enough for a family of 4 with two teens. Because it is high... More

The Waldorf was top notch. The service was perfect - attentive but, not overbearing. There were plenty of people to help you with your skis, luggage, car etc and/or point you in the right direction for dinner or skiing at other resorts. The decor was very clean, modern and nicely appointed furniture. We got upgraded to a suite with a... More

The entire Waldorf staff is amazing. Our kids were feeling a bit sick from the altitude and the staff asked each day how they were feeling and if they could do anything to help. The Lobby, Fitness center, outdoor pool and hot tubs were beautiful We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite with 2 kids and found it perfect for... More

I will never go the park city Waldorf again! I am encouraging all my friends to avoid the place with all caution. Last night I drove an hour to attend a business meeting at the Spruce and due to NO parking area had to park behind all the hotel vehicles scattered along the entrance. There was simply no parking developed... More

The hotel is really wonderful and I highly recommend it. The spa on the other hand is absolutely atrocious. The manicure and pedicure service is a joke and for $150, they "tickled" my feet a little bit with a scrub and a little bit of lotion and that's about it. My cuticIes were still there at the end since there... More

The lobby area of this hotel is beautiful with a very nice and welcoming log fireplace. We stayed in a standard room and found it to be small, similar to the room sizes in Europe, but very clean and nicely furnished. The hotel is ski in/ski out using their own gondola which is a nice perk for skiiers. $25 resort... More

We found a decent deal online, and even with the resort fee added ($25), it was worth is to experience the luxury of this kind of resort. My only complaint was that, although the hotel was nowhere near full, the agent assigned us a lovely room that was unfortunately right next door to noisy longterm guests who had caused problems...
