Where to begin....my husband, I , and our two school age sons traveled for a 6 day ski trip to Park CIty and chose to stay at the Waldorf Astoria. From check-in to check-out, the service was top notch... five star but never pretentious or stuffy. We felt completely welcome and comfortable. Our one bedroom residence was like a small... More

Stayed here and had made reservations well in advance. When I arrived I found out that a group had come in and taken most of the available rooms. I was given the last room which was under the lobby, beside the children's game room, across from the boot room and had a view of the steps to the lobby. All... More

We went to the Waldorf in September. It was absolutely beautiful. Still warm enough to hike/walk around the Canyons Resort off the gondola. A few of the trees were changing but not a lot. Some kids at the resort were even swimming in the pool. The grounds were very clean the staff overly accommodating. The concierge even took some maternity... More

Everything you could ask for. Staff was great, room was great....we could not have had a better ski vacation. The restaurant was very good and not nearly as pricey as i was expecting. We really enjoyed the hot tub and pool each day after skiing. We will be back!!!

We just returned from a 4 night stay at the Waldorf Astoria Park CIty and had an unbelievable experience. Everything was seamless. The staff was friendly and helpful, the resort absolutely beautiful and the amenities first class. We loved being at the Canyons and found the Waldorf situated for easy access to the lifts, but also a quiet haven to... More

This Waldorf-Astoria is definitely a first class hotel. We loved everything about it. Check-in was a breeze, staff was very friendly and helpful, room was incredible. We got the 1 bedroom suite with balcony. It was much bigger than what we expected and had 2 balconies and 2 full bathrooms. It also had a full size kitchen which we didn't... More

We were a large group stay at the Waldorf for a week. We all agreed the service was terrible and when complained nothing was done anyway. It is supposed to be a ski in ski out, but have been to much more comfortable resorts (really skii in and out). The ski valet took hours, and the system is terrible, not... More

We just returned from a ski weekend to the Canyons. The room and service exceeded our expectations. The only reason I carried my skis or boots was because I wanted to. The ski valet are constantly at your service. The pool/spa after skiing is fantastic. The more I ski the Canyons, the more I like it. Skiing back to Waldorf... More

The Waldorf-Astoria is a fantastic property for those looking for a full-service (nearly) ski-in/out hotel in Park City. The facilites are, obviously, first rate. The staff is even better. We had a minor snafu at check-in, and I was placed into a standard single king, despite needing two separate sleeping places. As a Hilton Gold, I was dismayed to hear... More
