Absolutely loved our stay! We had adjoining rooms with another couple and were thrilled with the kitchen/living room between us. The spa is fabulous, and running on treadmills facing the mountains kind of takes the pain away!! Fire pits outdoors and fireplaces indoors make it so cozy :)...my only grief is the hot tubs should be warmer!!

This hotel is fairly new, so the amenities were amazing. The views were spectacular and the staff was particularly helpful. Ask valet for their complimentary chapstick - it is amazing and you won't be disappointed. I would not suggest eating there, as there are far more amazing restaurants in town that will not charge you a resort fee. The walk... More

We had to have our room changed because we were put into an end unit that had HVAC units outside whirring so loudly that you would have thought someone was running a vacuum cleaner outside our window all night. Secondly, it is a very long walk to virtually half the rooms in the hotel as you are required to use... More

Thank you for your review of your past stay at our property. I understand that the noise level was an issue during your stay. While I am glad we were able to relocate you from a noisy HVAC unit, I have shared your review with our security team to ensure that work to actively address guest noise in the future.... More

I was very happy with my stay here, overall. It was off season, so there were very few guests. Things could be totally different when they're at capacity, so please take that into consideration. I paid something like $150/night base rate, so I felt like my value was extraordinary! The decor was amazing in the lobby and the rooms -... More

The Park City Waldorf Astoria located at the Canyons is elegant, but cozy, flawlessly managed and superbly staffed. Our lovely room was clearly designed to accommodate skiers, with three closets (one of which locked) and a whirlpool bath tub. The hotel also has a heated pool and hot tub. One caveat -- no mini bar! The Golden Door Spa, located... More

The last night of a recent trip saw us in Park City with the intention of some mild pampering . The Waldorf Astoroa is a stylish modern hotel in a ski village about 5 miles from the centre of Park City. There is nothing around it but condo blocks and hotels. It certainly looked the part with an impressive portico... More

I recently stayed at this establishment as a treat to myself. I booked a hotel/spa package that included a $100 spa credit. Upon arrival, the front desk was aware of the fact that I was only staying one night at the facility. They directed me over to the spa facility so that I could make an appointment for my spa... More

I am writing as a diamond Hilton Honors member. We recently took a break from the road and went on an 8 day vacation in Park City (I realize the irony). We chose the Waldorf because of the room configurations that allow a full 1 or 2 bedroom suite. They have full sized kitchens with living and dining areas separate... More

I am so happy to share my experience with everyone. Upon arrival, I was met and greeted promptly, efficiently and professionally. The check in was smooth, warm and inviting. The level of care, expertise and very special treatment that was given, was exceptional. The stay is now what I can call a memorable experience. Christie with Concierge was most friendly... More
