Couldn't ask for a better place to stay and enjoy the mountain air! We really enjoyed the connivence of the location of the pool. It was easy to get around the resort also. The gondola and zip line was a great way to see the mountain side! Highly recommend the zip line!!

We had a Resort Fee Surcharge of $25 added for each night of our stay. When we asked what that was for, the front desk said "use of the pool" and that sort of thing, and that everyone was charged that. Beware! No one tells you about this charge when you book the room.

The Grand Summit is a perfect location with outstanding staff. The hotel is right at the golf course, has fantastic mountain biking trails, offers a great spa/pool... And the staff goes out of their way to ensure your stay is wonderful. Tim and Andrew at the bell stand are exceptional!

room 244.. awesome room, with great views. Pool was very relaxing as well as ALL bathroom facilities /spa /bathing suit shop. Red tail grill , was a great way to start our vacation. We wished we could have stayed longer to hear the next concert in back of the resort. We enjoyed all the surrounding facilities as well.

Our stay at the Grand Summit Hotel was very relaxing and pleasurable. It was just me and my wife, we reserved the King Suite with the jet tub. The rooms were very nice and the free parking and free wifi was a must. Self parking was easy and very convenient. The only thing I would of liked to have in... More

I was there for a conference in the summer. It was quite a complex with a lot of different buildings so the proper entrance and check-in is the first thing you have to figure out. Then you need to park in an underground lot that is around the corner from the building. It was a bit of a hassle, but... More

This hotel looks lovely from the outside but the loveliness stops right about there. The room was dark and not very clean. My toilet had stains and the shower had a used bottle of shampoo... Interesting because when I unpacked my shampoo at home I noticed what I assume to be the cleaning person's hair all over my own shampoo... More

We paid to upgrade our room to a king suite, it was very large and worth the extra. It had a large kitchen, a huge family room, and a separate king bed room. Every employee we would pass in the hall or elevator was very friendly, they went out of there way to greet us. I called the front desk... More

We just got back from a one-night stay here. The hotel is pretty from the outside, but our room looked dated and the carpet needed a vacuuming. The bathroom also looked as if it needed a cleaning. Service at the restaurants is absolutely awful! I'd stick with the chains that are spread throughout town. The best meal we had there... More
