My family enjoyed our stay at the Park Regency. We found the staff very helpful, especially with where and what to see. We had a 2 BR/2 Bath Unit which was very comfortable and nicely decorated but the hotel itself needs some fine tuning! We were on 3rd floor and we had to let the water run for about 10... More

I've stayed at the Park Regency for 2 years in a row now. The hotel is in a great location. It's not high on frill or amenties, but it's perfect for a boys skiing trip. If you're bringing the ladies, you may want to look somewhere else. The hot tub and pool areas are great and covered to keep out... More

We very much enjoyed our stay at Park Regency. We found the staff to be very friendly and eager to help. They had a larger suite available and did not hesitate to upgrade for us. The room was very clean and comfortable. Great location and nice view!

We booked here with our timeshare beacuse we had a week to burn or lose. Never again would we stay in this property! Front desk needs help with their people skills. They are not helpful. After our first hour we were at a local store buying cleaning supplies......this condo was so dirty!!!! We spent the 1st day cleaning. The condo... More

We had a two Bedroom/two bath unit at the Park Regency. We were really impressed by the great free shuttle service to all Park City & Deer Valley! The rooms were clean and the indoor pool was always well kept! We are appreciative of nice accommations within easy walking of downtown.

This is the first hotel review I've ever written, it was that much of a disappointment. We booked and pre-paid through Expedia and relied on the ratings on both Trip Advisor and Expedia. First, we paid for a Deluxe 1 bdrm. (with bunk beds) but when we checked in, they had no rooms of that size available so they put... More

We rented the 1.5 bedroom that has a king, bunk beds, and a pull out sofa (fits 6). It was a great deal for the price. A perfect "no frills" hotel. It was clean and the staff was very nice. It had an indoor pool and hot tub. Do not expect this to be a swanky hotel with a scene,... More

The Park Regency has many good things going for it. It is centrally located to the ski slopes. The Canyons (bad place to ski) is 3 minutes away. It is very close to supermarkets. It has a nice pool and hot tub. The problem is that the physical plant is deteriorating. Garbage collects in the hallways and there is no... More

Park Regency provides accommodations beyond that of the typical hotel room at a great price for the area. Rooms (like a small apartment) are clean and well stocked with dishes, utensils and cooking facilities. There are some nice extras like coffee packs, and logs and firestarter for the fireplace. The unit even have a dishwasher. The location is walking distance... More

We spent the last week of March at the Park Regency as part of an RCI swap. As RCI units go, it was about average... certainly not the nicest we've stayed in, but not the worst, either. It's beginning to show its age. Lots of paint dings, worn carpet. The elevator is the world's slowest. Service is not great, either.... More
