Even though they were remolding the main lobby, the accommodation were more than what we expected. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. Dirty, shoddy, no amenities, run-down - they should not be allowed to call themselves a resort. There is nothing "resort-like" about it. We came here for Sundance and the location for the festival was great! Near many of the theatres, near the Albertson's, near all bus routes. The rooms were clean, but beware--the half bedroom does have two bunks but it doesn't have a door. Not a big deal if you have kids, but we grown ups could have used the door... more
