The accommdations were nice, and well kept, but a little small. This is more of a vaction condo, than a hotel. They supply the basics for living and then you manage your own stay, with minmal services. The location was great for our summer vacation, close to good restaurants, close to many activities. They have a hotel shuttle that will... More

Very nice quant condo for nightly rates that are very affordable for high summer vacationers demand. Setting with a great view of park city ski runs. Very clean. With kitchen. Just 30 miles from the needs for business in Salt Lake City makes the business of work defuse in the evening. Ahhh.

Don't expect the regular services of a hotel if you stay at these condos. They'll bring towels once a week, but you're on your own for cleaning up, making beds, coffee service, stocking soaps, etc. The plumbing's somewhat ancient and quirky. Cabinetry equally funky in the bedroom but modernized in the mini-kitchen. Need a pot or pan? Go to the office,... More

My review is based on a 3-night stay in late June 2014. Check-in was simple but slow. The woman behind the desk was very pleasant, but it seemed to take an inordinate amount of time for her to accomplish whatever she needed to accomplish to get me checked into my room. The property has seen better days, but some maintenance... More

True I am a Time Share Owner at the Park Regency, but they do provide rooms for the General Public when the resort is not filled up with Owner Rentals. I have been going here for over 20 years. The staff are great and are there to answer any and all questions you might have. The center courtyard has BBQ... More

We have been coming here for family ski vacations for many years now. My in-laws are timeshare owners here and have been coming for nearly 30 years. Although the exterior of the building is dated, they have done a fabulous job updating the interior. We always get the 1 1/2 bedroom with 2 bathrooms. It's a perfectly adequate size for... More

Through the years we have seen many sad days at our resort. The staff and the resort over all is now fantastic. Though we are not the "Ritz" for the money you will not get any better value or service.

Good central location to skiing. Shuttle service is a plus. Big hot tub and pool. Rooms old, but clean. Little smelly. Not a lot of siting around room, but that's not really needed given amount of time u spend in room.

We stayed here for a week in early February. I would normally have not picked this hotel which from the pictures looked fairly old fashioned, but the prices that Park City can demand in ski season are crazy and to be honest simply not worth paying if you are going to spend all day on the slopes. The rates are... More

We stayed in the full 2 bed 2 bath which overlooked the mountains during Christmas week. While it was busy, the staff went out of their way to make our trip wonderful. Mid-week housekeeping made our room look like we just arrived. The shuttle drivers have a schedule, but will take you almost anywhere. We went up the Deer Valley... More
