4 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW

We are owners at the Park Regency and have been here 8-10 times over the last 15 years. Admittedly, it was getting a little run down in the past 5 years but was still an "average" property. It wasn't a 'dump'. Anyway, we haven't been here the last 3 years since the Summer of 2012. The changes since then have... More

Two of us stayed in the 1 bed/full kitchen room. Pro/Cons review: Pros: 1. Good location with many nearby places to eat. 2. Easy access to Park city transit to Main Street/PCMR. 3. Friendly front staff and nice lobby 4. Shuttle service that goes to PCMR/DV. 5. Free, tasty cranberry/oatmeal candy bar that was great to munch on during ski... More

Bed was comfortable. Nice wood burning fireplace, 2 bottles of water, coffee, kitchen, robes, and balcony view of Park City Resort in room. Service and staff were excellent and our room was very clean. Hot tub was wonder-full after skiing. Pool was too cold for us, but who needs to swim laps after a day on the hill? TV worked... More

The location is a little bit out of the way, but made up for by a very convenient hotel shuttle bus. As noted by others, the place is run down and I would have given it 2 stars of not for the shuttle and the price. People booking this place should note that it is not really a pure hotel... More

If you want a five star ski in ski out place to stay in Park City then this is not for you. But if you are happy with a clean comfortable spot then you should consider this place. We got a one bedroom with two bathrooms and it had more than enough room. Kitchenette allowed us to prepare our own... More

I stayed here last week with my girlfriend in one of the first floor one bedroom condos. The central location is great. You can walk or take the free bus just about anywhere in town. The hotel also has a shuttle but I can't comment because I never used it. The kitchens are nice and recently remodeled. The building is... More

I wasn't expecting too much from this hotel because of the average reviews on Trip Advisor. But I thought it was a great hotel. We stayed for two nights. It was within minutes from the Main St. and Park Mountain Resort where we went skiing. The receptionists were all very friendly. The room was clean. The kitchen was fully furnished.... More

We recently stayed a week in a one bedroom unit at the Park Regency in Park City, Utah. The facilities were adequate for us because we rarely spend anytime during the day in the room. On the other hand, we could not have asked for any better staff. Everyone was so gracious to us and was always ready to meet... More

We stayed in a two bedroom with my mother-in-law for five nights in early Sept. The outside of the hotel and its corridors do look dated as everyone says but the rooms have been renovated and are clean and comfortable. This is a good place to stay -- it's not going to wow you, but it will give you a... More

My family of 4 came for Labor day weekend. We spent most of our time at the "Running of the Balls", parade, and lifts on the mountain. As for the Hotel, we had a fire alarm go off on the 1st floor at 5:30 am on our second morning...false alarm, but getting your family out of harm's way takes precedence.... More
