Just needed a bed and a warm shower and I got what I wished for and much more. It was a cold night when I arrived but the heating worked very well, beds were very comfortable and the bathroom looked nice and clean. Wifi was fast in comparison to some other Motels I've stayed during my roadtrip. WiFi seems to... More

We planned to stay 2 nights at the Purple Sage Motel but the weather turned and we needed to leave the morning after we checked in. Not only had the management discounted our room because there were only 2 of us in the Family room, but they also refunded our money for the second day. The motel is old and... More

This was an inexpensive motel convenient to Bryce National Park. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. There's nothing fancy here… but the price was very reasonable and it served it's purpose for our night stay. The staff was friendly and very helpful in regard to local restaurant reservations, etc. The noise from trucks passing by on the road was... More

Arrived early with no reservations, we got the last unreserved room. King bed was clean and comfortable. No fridge or microwave. Coffee pot was the usual. TV was new and worked well. Close (@25 miles) to Bryce Canyon NP, Lots to see on the road out of town. Red Rock Canyon a short hop from town. We paid around $90.00... More

we were running late, gave a call to tell them we are getting there. She was very kind on phone and in person. I reserved four rooms and volunteered for shower only, room #1. Lots of room and clean. The sink was very small to do my face & hair. Yes this place was old school but acceptable. We arrived... More

We viewed our stay here as an 'experience' on our road trip through Wyoming and Utah. The greeting was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable for us. The wifi was excellent - it was the night of the Scottish independence referendum and we were able to live-stream the results program from the BBC in the UK. You can walk... More

Wanted to stay at a mom & pop motel for three days to avoid unpacking/repacking. Found this establishment on Trip Advisor. It was adequate, nothing special. The price was right. Had a room in the junky, run down looking corner. Air conditioner didn't work, only the fan to circulate air. Had called to make arrangements for our late arrival so... More

A friendly staff and value pricing make this old school motel a good option for budget conscious travelers. Rooms were spacious and clean. Quaint downtown area adds to the experience. Conveniently located near Bryce Canyon.

Used P'S MOTEL as base for Bryce NP visit. Restaurants and grocery store within easy walking distance. Bank with cash machine next door. Clientele secure family-oriented groups. Good place to rest away from crowded Bryce Canyon NP.

This was a pre-planned short overnight stop en-route from Lake Tahoe to Bryce Canyon - a 600 mile one-day haul, so we arrived tired and late(ish). We were welcomed to this 50's style motel by the owner and given our keys, a rough guide to what was available and instructions for leaving the next morning. We asked for dinner recommendations...
