OK, so I like old hotels, and I know what to expect. Based on those expectations, the Panguitch Inn is really OK. Clean room, good bed, roomy, decent furniture, very quiet. Great location. Also, very quiet (I had a room in the 1st floor, facing the back). $ 65 made it a good value in an area where they soak... More

We originally booked with this inn's sister motel, the Marianna Motel in Panguitch. There, they lost our reservation and gave us their last room, the ONLY smoking room. When we declined they sent us to Panguitch Inn. The proprietor is very friendly, but we were quite disappointed with how dirty the room was. The pillows weighed at least 8 pounds,... More

A spacious room and bathroom - lighting (as with all motels in USA) could be brighter. Big comfortable bed. Coffee making facilities too. The shared kitchen with other guests was well equipped. Unfortunately, it had a tendency to be very draughty - entirely due to lazy fellow travellers leaving the door to the car park open whilst they had a... More

This is a historic hotel in Panguitch, which is close to the entrance to Bryce Canyon. Being an old time hotel though means creaking floors, thin (very thin) walls (we could hear conversations of persons in the next room and in the hall), no elevator, old plumbing. Room was small, bed was too soft. There was in-room coffee but no... More

Good news: The proprietor was there for our check-in early evening, and assisted in parking in the quaint garage on street-level under the hotel. He handed us keys for rooms on two floors and said, "Take your pick." He gave a good breakfast recommendation at the Flying-M Restaurant up the street - home of the world's largest cinnamon bun (try... More

Five of us stayed here for four days. The Owner was very friendly and informative. Told us about each restaurant and what they were best known for. When the town shut down for the day/night, he made sure to let us know there was still ONE restaurant open and we'd better get a move on if we wanted dinner! The... More

We stayed 2 nights at the Panguitch Inn and found it to be very comfortable and charming for the low room price. The negative reviews seem to be very picky and not very truthful. The hotel is similar in style to a hostel with older, well cared for furniture. The beds were comfortable for our two night stay while hiking... More

We were recently in Panguitch for a family reunion. We failed to reserve a room for the night, and after traveling from Pine Lake there were no rooms available from Bryce Canyon into Panquitch. We finally found a room at the Panquitch Inn around midnight. The cost for the room was over $85.00 and as soon as I got in... More

Unfortunately, when it comes to visiting national parks, the hotels located within their vicinities are often either overpriced, run-down, lacking in cleanliness, or all of the aforementioned. Because of its relatively close proximity to Bryce Canyon, this Panguitchh Inn deserves two stars. The room was clean, the individual at the front desk was friendly, and the cable television (cathode ray... More
