As others have mentioned this place does not have real nice rooms!! So, rather tan beat up this super nice Asian women, I am going to focus on the positive. YES, she did have a room with 2 beds!! Ya!! The shower itself was clean. The door lock worked. And most importantly the ac unit was very new so no... More

I arrived in Panguitch without a reservation and had already been turned away from three other properties when I found this one. Didn't have access to tripadvisor and didn't check the place out, as I was only going to stay for the one night. The woman who checked me in was up-front in telling me that the room was tiny,... We booked the hotel last minute. Rooms are clean although a little old but price is very good where other motels are all expensive. Pets allowed and owner is a Taiwanese lady. Taiwanese people are known for being nice so she's also courteous. Will definitely come back.

This is the worst motel we ever stayed in and we have stayed in many. It is not worth a dime! We will strongly recommend you not to use this motel. The motel advertice with a lot of things that does not appears to be thrue: This motel advertices with new rooms. They have added some new furniture and a... More

While I really don't like the term, the Bryce Way is what it is and doesn't try to be more. We were in Panguitch for a two day 4th of July visit and since we knew we were going to be packing in a lot of stuff into a short time we opted for the Bryce Way as it was... More

I read some bad reviews about this place but I'd stay here again. The room was freshly painted, new carpet and tile. everything worked{a/c,hot water, lights}. my only complaint is they advertise coffeemakers in every room, but there's no coffee.Either charge a couple of extra dollars for the room and provide the coffee or take out the coffeepots.

We left Zion National Park and headed to Bryce Canyon National Park and I choose this motel because of the price. It is the cheapest one in the area. Overall it wasn't bad, we arrived late in the evening and checked out in the morning and for this purpose it was OK. However we didn't really feel comfortable there. The... More

The motel has seen better days. The beds are very hard and covers very thin. The bathroom was out dated. There was a very old anti slip mat hanging over the tub that had mold on it. The water temp. in the shower went from hot to beyond mountain cold. The towels were old and thin. The ac was ok.... More

We were late in planning our trip, and almost everything booked...didn't realize why until we arrived and discovered that the Tour of Utah bike race was in town at the same time. Making reservations was not bad, and got a rate for a room with three queen beds for a fairly reasonable rate. At check-in, was told I was in... More

All the other "poor" reviews you read are true. We stayed at this motel because there was no other accommodation available; I wish we'd driven on a bit further as I wasn't comfortable in this room. It's very difficult to say anything good about the place - the towels were threadbare and very ragged and I was disgusted that I,... More
