Well, my husband and I stayed here two nights and wouldn't do it again. I read the reviews prior to staying here and I wish someone had mentioned the following and this would have lead me not to stay here. Number one, no one is there to let you in or address issues unless you call them and even then... More

The owners were very accommodating to my family - we came into town after they close their front office but they made special arrangements for us and had our room all ready and warmed up for us (we were there in December). They remembered the pack n'play we needed and it was cozy little room. We were in room #8,... More

Stayed here with family & friends in July 2013 - on way to Bryce Canyon. Great location, friendly staff, clean and cozy rooms (just fine for 2 adults & 2 kids), parking right in front of the door (= convenience for un/loading luggage). Overall great value for money.

We were in need of a hotel and everything was sold out. We got the last room in this small motel. Rooms are small but for one night it was perfect. Very nicely run and not a place we would have picked from the outside but proved perfect

Family run, cozy clean and neat hotel on the main street of this tiny but amiable town. We got our value for our money (77.42$ for one night Aug. 1, 2013). Clean bathroom, neat place. We parked our car in front of our room. Quite area, with a nice lawn in front of the parking area.

Stayed here one night with friends on our road trip, the stay was great! Very well priced considering peak season, cool location and facilities all pretty good. We had a twin room, which was nice, bathroom was clean and beds, overall happy stay!

It's a small family operated motel with ten rooms only. The room was quite small, too, but very cosy and finely decorated. The room was very clean just as the bed-linen and the cuddly towels. It offers all, what's needed - Microwave, Coffee maker, Fridge, TV. The bathroom with shower did it's job very well. We would consider it as... More

This is an older motel with simple adequate rooms. Our room was crowded but had all the necessities. I don't think it has air conditioning. Ask when you call. The owners are friendly and mostly helpful. We stayed two nights and our beds weren't made and we did not get fresh towels. Good locationnfor visiting Bryce Canyon National Park.

Stayed in winter. One of very few hotels in the area that stay open through winter. Owners were very friendly and helpful with info about the town and with directions and suggestions for the general region. We had the family room for our party f three people - several separate bedrooms. Adequate size of rooms. Rooms really old - bathrooms... More

The price was right, especially for a last minute reservation because of a snow storm. The room was small but cozy, old decor made it look comfortable and relaxed rather than dated. The bathroom was small but it did it's job. The room came with a small fridge and microwave. The bed was large and comfortable and the tv had... More
