We stayed at Color Country Motel for one night while visiting Bryce Canyon. Room had a king sized bed which was most comfortable. There was also a microwave. Basic room, somewhat tired looking, but seemingly clean. Small bathroom with no storage shelf for toiletries. There was free internet. Staff pleasant. About a 20 minute ride to Bryce.

The room was nice, but the room we had the prior night in Tropic (on the other side of Bryce Canyon) at America's Best Value Inn was a better value. The America's Best Value Inn was only $10 more, but included free internet and breakfast. The Color Country room did not have coffee in the room, but at 7 AM,... More

We arrived late and stayed for one night in a double bed room. No micro/fridge. It was hard to find outlets to plug in our phones near the beds. The bathroom is nice, but the shower is a stand up stall only, no tub. There is no breakfast, only coffee, tea, cocoa. The lady at check in was very pleasant.... More

Rooms were clean and spacious. Had fridge and microwave. Location was good for exploring Bryce Canyon National Park. Owners were pleasant and accommodating. Overall good place to spend the night while on the road.

The rooms are cleans and reasonable spacious, the staff is friendly and helpful. While I was there the town had the heaviest rain that the motels owner could remember in his 22 years in the town. Drains and pumps were overwhelmed and the room I was occupying actually flooded. The owners moved me to a dry room and handled the... More

As someone who stays in "business" hotels a tremendous amount, I can say with some pleasure that the Color Country Motel beats a lot of them. It also beats some Marriotts, some Best Westerns and every "number" motel (Motel 6 etc). Strange? Consider this: it's family-run (and you will get to know the owners by name). The beds are comfy.... I've stayed here several times and have noticed upgrades in the past couple of years. We had a fridge & microwave in our room but that may not be the case with all rooms. If you need these items make sure you ask when you book. The place is clean and well kept. Check out the old - dare I... More

A good base for a trip to Bryce - far better than Tropic - and the start of a drive along Scenic Byway 12. Rooms are well furnished and have small dining table and microwave. They are clean and have good sound insulation. No breakfast, but plenty of hot coffee available from reception in the morning. The owner is most... More

We stayed here for one night at the end of april 2014. The room was very quiet and clean. The radiator was a bit old and simple, but very efficient! After a day in the cold wind you need this exactly one! You can find some coffee in the lobby and the staff was very friendly and chatty. The microwave... More

Panguitch is full of motels, but this one is a good choice. You won't find any extras here (no coffeemaker in room, no hair dryer, etc.), but the rooms are extremely comfortable, clean, and quiet. No breakfast, but there's tea and coffee in the lobby in the mornings. The woman who checked us in was very friendly. I would stay... More
