Close to Bryce Canyon convenient for the route if you are travelling to see other places. The rooms are simply wonderful, clean and confortable. It's really a paradise, including the kind and warm welcome of the owners.

How two visitors could have called this beauty-in-every-way place 'average' is beyond comprehension. They must have had their eyes, ears and noses shut. The Cottonwood Meadow Lodge is a gem. The location is unlike any other setting in the area, even those next door along the river where this place sits. The buildings on the site, both historic and newer,... More

We had a nice welcome by Jan and the animals and stayed in the Barn. Which was perfect for us. We ate outside, that was the only downside, there were only 2 chairs at the table, but than again the kids ate at the counter and they enjoyed that as well. Lovely clean place to stay and visit Bryce as... More

Finally after years of having to go here for our family reunion because it was very nostalgic to one of our family members. We have decided to go someplace else where hopefully they make us feel welcome. Every year we go here for an extended weekend and rent out the entire compound. And each year the Caretakers make us feel... More

We stayed 3 days in the bunkhouse and it was fabulous. Being greeted by Jessie the dog, the cats, fresh baked cookies, and our own private space made it feel like we were coming back home each day after our adventures. We took full advantage of the little kitchen and cooked our own meals which we really enjoyed since we... More

My husband and I stayed in the Log Cabin on a recent visit to Bryce Canyon. This stay was the highlight of our trip, and we wished we'd stayed longer than 3 days. The accommodations were perfect, beautifully appointed, and the surroundings could not have been more tranquil or picturesque. Jesse, the lab, and his owners were friendly and met... More

Cottonwood Meadow Lodge near Panguitch is a great place to stay when visiting southern Utah. Whether you're out to experience the nearby canyon country or just looking for a quiet, picturesque getaway your hosts, Jan and Jerry, will be sure to make your stay enjoyable. My wife, sister, brother-in-law, and I shared "The Barn" and though a bit cozy for... More

This place is picture perfect and its proximity to Bryce is perfect. We stayed in the log cabin and it is so completely charming. They really do bring you freshly baked cookies! Our bed was comfortable and we stayed during a FANTASTIC storm, so it was rather romantic! This is a beautiful setting and each of the cabins are very... More

thanks to my fabulous travel agent who discovered this gem of a place (not to mention the warmth and gracious hospitality of its owners!), my daughter and I had an amazing time. The farmhouse is appointed with state of the art kitchen amenities (yet retro to fit the genre) and all of the creature comforts of home; great beds, comfy... More

What a delightful place to stay. Jan could not have been anymore accommodating or charming. We will keep with us the many memories made during our stay on the ranch and the sightseeing in the majestic area it is located.
