It would have been a much better stay but it was too hot in the room. We had to get a box fan which made it better but not a good fix. Needs an update! The front desk did their best with the situation but should have compensated us.

Awful/Awful Experience! ~Guest Beware~ RUDE Staff RUDE STAFF RuDe StAff RAN OUT of Hot Water (after 2 minutes) Most of this hotel is under renovations - but they do nothing to compensate or make guests want to stay here during this time - like 75% of the hotel is closed off (be aware) The Marriott branch should be ashamed to... Major disappointment. Had high hopes for the hotel, knowing it was previously a Marriott and is undergoing remodeling to become a Courtyard Marriott. Well, it obviously isn't there yet, and has a long way to go at measuring up to Marriott's standards. Spent three days in a west-facing room with an nonfunctioning air conditioner (in 95 degree weather) that wouldn't... More

We've stayed at this hotel for MANY years when it was the Marriott and always had a wonderful experience. Good energy, friendly staff, lots going on. We recently took a road trip with friends who'd never been to Ogden and were really embarrassed by recommending this hotel to them. The reservation desk should have informed us of the renovations when... More

I've stayed at this hotel maybe 15 times when it was the Ogden Marriott. This was my first stay since it left the Marriott family, and the hotel is not what it used to be. When it was the Marriott, the hotel was vibrant, livey, and the staff friendly and helpful. That's no longer the case. I stayed at the... More

Stayed one night on a business trip and was shocked after checking in to find the restaurant and bar closed. The place was deserted and I later found out the property will be closing and is undergoing a complete renovation and boy, does it need it! It will reopen as a Courtyard Marriott in Sept they told me. You can... More

We reserved two rooms for 4 nights several months ago to attend a family workshop at our son's school. We had visited the bar in the past and each time told the bartender the hotel should offer a group discount to the parents attending. Other hotels in the area offered discounts. Finally they did so we decided we should stay... More

The rooms are clean and well maintained. However there is s lot of noise during the night. Can't really tell where it comes from or whst it is - but it is quite annoying. Also, part of the reason we stayed here was the in house restaurant, bar, and coffee bar. None of them are open!!! This will be an... More

What a great experience, staff friendly, room very clean. I would recommend this property to anyone traveling into Ogden. You will feel at home with the warm and inviting fireplace in the lobby to the excellent room service.
