Great pet-friendly hotel right off I-70. Beautiful lobby with two-sided gas fireplace, comfortable room, no charge for our dog to stay with us. Jeremiah's restaurant in the parking lot makes an outstanding breakfast. We stayed here about 10 years ago and enjoyed it then, too. more

This roadside motel felt like paradise. It included a garden with a coy pond, railroad for trainwatching and listening, and a view of the Wasatch mountains. I could have sat on the leather couch at our window all night. A great value at AAA-discounted $89 + tax. more

Stayed one night to break up a long journey. Room was average but clean. Got food to go from Jeremiah's restaurant adjacent to the hotel and the meal was surprisingly good, with ample portions. Very pleasant and unexpected was the several acre and well-tended park behind the hotel, just for guests' use. A perfect place for our dog to exercise. more

We stayed one night after being sent there from the new, but full, Best Western on the eastern edge of Ogden. We had a one-bed room with an enormous davenport. A table and chairs would have been more useful. The air conditioner was noisy. We finally turned it to fan to get some sleep. A restaurant was located next door.... more

I think the engineers driving the trains behind the hotel enjoy blowing those horns every time they pass the hotel. Not just once! One train passing blew his horn five times, two long, three short. Others were just long and loud. You will hear various versions of a train's whistle all night ...just like it's next door. And if you... more

Decent enough standard room with some quirks. Funky lamp up on the wall next to bed, switches can't be reached without actually getting back up. Noisy little refridgerator that had to be unplugged at night. Good meal at adjacent restaraunt. In-room wireless internet actually worked well. Maintenance/cleaning of hot tub in excersize room appeared to be nearly non-existent. Was marginally... more

The bed was way too soft. The toilet didn't work properly. The sink was stopped up. The desk sent a repairman who improved the plumbing situation. The floor was not clean. Yuk. Not a good value for the price. more

A clean, comfortable pet-friendly motel in North Ogden with a small pool and an adequate restaurant (best for breakfast, OK for dinner). Completely renovated recently. The service was helpful and gracious. Behind the motel they have added a small park with walking trails, a waterfall, and park benches with plenty of room to walk dogs, take in mountain sunsets (best... more

Rooms in the back hear constant trains & horns. Location provides easy access to Eden and the Ogden ski mountains. Lots of nearby dining. more

So first, don't stay on the back side of the hotel if you want internet access, it's not available as advertised. Not to mention you have to deal with the 130 year old maids blowing smoke in to you room. Next after the first juggle of rooms, our second had a shower that would scald you then freeze you the... more
