After a week of camping on a motorcycle we splurged for the suite. Huge bed, Jacuzzi tub, tons of space, just what we needed. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Garden in the back was fun. Great location, close to the interstate and short drive from downtown. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

No elevator - so don't get a room on second floor unless you have good knees (Sunnyside Washington) teh Best Western in Odgen was good except for the train noise - and no breakfast, but there was a good restaurant nearby.

Quite a disappointment: Breakfast didn't exist--go to the attached restaurant and shell out a tenner. The rooms are clean, but the are like dungeons because you have to keep the curtains drawn for privacy. If every Best Western were like this, well, they should call the chain Worst Western. Quite a disappointment, and that for two nights. I had expected... More

The High Country Inn - Return to An old favorite in North Ogden. During various trips to the Northwest, driving to/from Denver, we have stayed at the High Country Inn. The rooms are clean and well kept up. The office has the feel of a ski lodge. The rooms have a rustic feel to them. There appear to be conference... More

I enjoyed this hotel/motel very much. My family loved the fish pond in the back of the hotel and feeding the fish. Employees from the front desk to the maids always had a smile and were willing to help in any way they could. I would stay here again on my next trip back to Utah.

Dear Kim, We just had a meeting today with the front desk staff. I wish that I would have had your feedback in hand during the meeting to share with them. You will really make all of our days positive with your comments. We are bound to make mistakes, but when you mention that you feel that the entire staff... More

We went to Ogden to help our son move. The hotel we usually stay in was unavailable, so we decided to try the Best Western High Country Inn. We found the rooms very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and excited about their product. When we arrived, housekeeping was not quite finished with the room, so we spent a short... More

Dear Ann, I want to personally thank you for taking the time to offer your detailed thoughts with us. We currently have a wonderful front desk staff here and they have a lot of passion for the property. I do apologize, however that your stay was disturbed by the passing trains. We are working with the city in which we... More

Very nice and well maintained. Pet friendly. Will stay there again. Great park as part of the amenities. Perfect for taking a dog on a long walk. Plenty of parking for truck with trailer. Easy access from interstate highway.

Dear Greg, As I read your comments I felt like you touched upon many of the best amenties that the Best Western High Country Inn has to offer. For example, we are an older exterior property, but that makes it eay to get in and out of the room and on and off the freeway that we are right next... More

Although I would normally give this hotel a "3" based on the room & other amenities (typical BW), I highly recommend this place for people with dogs. They have ~1 acre of grass behind the hotel with a pond that is perfect for letting your dog get in some walking and air after spending all day in the car. Stayed... More

Dear NM Bomber, I wanted to let you know that I really appreciate your review for a couple of reasons. Firstly, I was very happy to hear that you liked the pet friendly nature of the property enough to come back again. Secondly that you are spreading the word about what we have to offer guests traveling with pets. It... More

This hotel was not of the quality I have come to expect From Best Western Plus. The room was only average. The bed was softer than I prefer, but adequate for my one night. The décor was dated but attractive. The bathroom sink drain was not connected to the apparatus that raised and lowered the stopper. This repair is one... More

Dear Janet, We really appreciate your taking the time to offer some insightful feedback about the property. I do however, apologize that we did not come up to the expectations that you had for a Plus property. That designation has to do with the required and additional ameneties that a hotel must offer to be designated a plus. As we... More

Great location right off the freeway. Room is clean and very nice. Amenities are great. Restaurant has awesome food! Close proximity to downtown and outdoor activities. Also very close to the Fair Grounds.
