Living in Ogden, I have stayed at the Ben Lomond on several occasions rather than drive home late at night. This hotel is really hit and miss. This place looked great on the website. Apparently only the 3rd floor has been remodeled the rest of the hotel is a dump. Stained furniture, no security parking (even though when I called ahead they said there was). The topper was the mold on the soap...which was still in the box. This is a quirky, interesting place to stay. We stayed here 2 nights so we could ski at Snowbasin. The hotel was recently purchased by an individual from Radisson. It appears as though they are slowly renovating. Heard they may sell the top floors as condos. The building is beautiful, check out the ballroom on the mezzanine if you can.... more

This was my first trip to Utah to go snowboarding.
