In my 2nd month here now. For the smallest suite I pay $599 / month. Sleeps two. A low $100 deposit and first month's room rate to move-in. I love it. The last review posted here was very derogatory and IMHO not at all like my experiences. My 3rd floor suite is clean, secure and comfortable with a breath taking view of the Wasatch mountains. If this were a private homesite it would be sold as a 'view lot' no doubt. Let me correct the last angry poster. There is a very FULL kitchen. A 2 burner Whirlpool built-in electric range (not hot plates!) with lighted vent hood, full-size sink, full-size Whirlpool refrigerator/freezer, microwave and plenty of cabinet space above and below the nicely done kitchen counter. Included in the rate is FULL housekeeping every other week. They clean-up the whole place, vacuum the carpet, mop the floors, wipe down counters and sinks, empty trash, new bedding and linens.
