We have stayed here a couple times a year when we have hospital visits scheduled. When it was Pavilion Inn we got a fair rate for a mediocre room with a fairly good breakfast. It is now Quality Inn and they have added some better mattresses and made numerous changes. We had to go to the front desk on our... More

My wife and I had stayed here before while visiting our son. Then, it was the Pavilion Inn. In November 2014 it was recently taken over by Quality Inn’s chain of hotels. There were a lot of upgrades going on during our stay. Construction people were installing Wi-Fi and security cameras and from the looks of the dumpster, new mattresses... More

This hotel is filthy. There's dirt and wrappers behind and under the beds. I've been there a few days as a family member is having surgery in a nearby hospital and the stay has been horrid. The manager is nowhere to be found when you need him. He conveniently rolls in around 10-10:30 and only stays a couple hours. My... More

I stayed here a year or two ago and had a good experience. The room I got this time has a filthy, stained carpet, threadbare sheets and blankets, holes in the chairs and dresser tops, and a squeaky fan in the ceiling that can't be controlled. I just went down to breakfast- cereal, two bruised bananas, and no coffee. And... More

We have stayed here 3 separate times this year, in July, September and October of 2014. The proximity to Intermountain Medical Center and the medical rate kept us coming back. We will not stay here again. Over the span of the 3 visits, the ownership/management has changed and what a difference since our first visit. We have changed rooms twice... More

My girlfriend and I decided to spend a week at this hotel while searching for a place to live while we go to school, we were told that this was a non smoking hotel and we need to go outside to smoke. This seemed to be a reasonable request. We had paid a 100$ deposit to insure there would be... More

Got a good deal on one of those mystery deals and the price was so low I only booked one night with apprehension. We extended our stay. No problems. The internet was faster than our high speed at home. It was clean, and my wife looked close.. If this is an older place, a lot of remodeling has been going... More

It is not located within walking distance of the Intermountain Medical Center, so those of you thinking you'll save money staying here by not renting a car should think again. Obviously, the property chooses only the best, most well-staged photos for their websites so don't be fooled. It is nothing like it appears online. Judging by the exterior, it is... More

At first glance this property seems very nice. The lobby is inviting and often utilized with leather furniture, fireplace, wood and brass accents, refreshments and public computers. The staff is friendly. Breakfast was ample and delicious with eggs, bacon, pastries, biscuits and gravy, fruit, cereal, juice and waffles. Getting there early to avoid the crowd is key. 24/7 pool, free... More
