We have stayed at this hotel quite a few times of the last 15 years. It is always a good stop. Breakfast is good, Pool is always nice and clean. It is a very good option for anyone who is looking to go skiing in the canyons, of just a nice family stay.

Hotel staff were good, however breakfast was poor. Poor quality food and drink. Unclean floors and people attending breakfast in pyjamas. This hotel is expensive for what it is. This hotel also has no bar The nearest place is about a mile away. I wouldn't recommend staying here without a car.

Awesome free breakfast..fresh fruit, eggs, sausage, French toast etc. Okay dinner..but free!! We had orange chicken and rice, and green salad. Never stayed at a hotel before with a free dinner! The bed was comfortable the room was clean. Also had a couch and a decent sized tv..table with 4 chairs and microwave and fridge. There is also a mall... More

Our room was clean and the staff friendly enough. But the coffee really IS absolutely awful and while I thought the bed was comfortable enough, we both woke up both mornings with our backs extremely stiff and aching. I would highly recommend a top floor-- we were on the third floor and heard the people above us VERY clearly. But... More

Prisoners would riot if they were asked to drink coffee this bad. I've stayed here before and don't recall the coffee being this way. As if someone had urinated into the dispenser. I told the front desk clerk that it seemed that there was something wrong with the machine. He just looked down and agreed. Otherwise, the room was clean... More

Breakfast and dinner, easy freeway access, comfortable beds. It offers air conditioning, makeup washcloths, automatic doors for entry, soap and shampoo. Shower is great, could use more water pressure.

I stayed there two nights to watch a youth hockey tournament. The price was reasonable. The room was clean, comfortable and the staff was very gracious. It was nothing special but it was also not a dive. They accommodated lots of young hockey players -which is no easy task. It was walking distance to a few chain restaurants (Chile's) which... More

I stay at this hotel every time I come to town. It is very convenient being in the middle of the valley accessing all your needs. The staff is very attentive friendly and always helps when you need them such as roll aways and blankets. The breakfast is great and my kids love the pool. It is very clean and... More

We booked this hotel last minute (literally the day after Christmas day to arrive the next evening). we come to Salt Lake for skiing every year and prefer to stay at Alta if there is anythin available. Given the last minute nature of our trip, there was nothing a ailable on the mountain so we had to choose among the... More

I messed up and booked at the Downtown SLC hotel. I figured it out the day of check-in when my GPS started directing me downtown. I decided to drive to the Murray address instead and sheepishly asked the clerk if I could change my reservation. NO PROBLEM! She called the downtown location, cancelled my reservation, and booked me in a... More
