I was looking for a room near Zion National Park. The Golden Hills Motel price was right and so was the location. Small, very basic rooms. I guess the sign said there was a pool. Seemed clean. Staff is wonderful. We got the impression that this Hotel was family owned. The Family Suites are two rooms joined together with shared restroom. Door in second room is shut permanently with screws. One room had cable the other didn’t. Staff did offer DVD’s. Refrigerator did not work. The Hotel has potential. Behind the Hotel is a stream/creek. Wildlife abounds.... more
