The Zion Mountain Resort was lacking that special touch that makes a vacation a memorable never wanting to end adventure, but left me feeling irritated and not wanting to return. When we arrived I was pleased at the spacious nicely decorated living quarters. The car was quickly unloaded and I was ready for my vacation to begin... my husband opened... more

So for our 4 year anniversary we decided to get away from the normal cities and go out to Zion.We got there Friday night to check in and it was very fast and easy, Lady at front desk was very helpful and gave us a map to our cabin. When we got to our cabin we were very surprised to... more

My husband and I stayed here 2 nights while hiking around Utah. We liked the cabin so much we arranged to stay here the rest of our trip. The cabins are spacious, clean, have a great tub, fireplace and king size bed ( we were in #116). The only downside is the restaurant, we waited over 30 minutes for a... more

The location is very close to Zion National Park, however the nearest town is Kanab, UT which is about 30 minutes away. Kanab, UT is a cute town with now, two stop lights. The resort resides on a huge piece of land and claims to have free range buffalo. We paid for a 2 bedroom lodge that had a buffalo... more

My wife and I had the opportunity to stay at this hotel earlier this week. The cottage we stayed in was terrific. Very comfortable with the absolutely best shower I have ever had at any hotel. The location to Zion is great. We did not find the fact that the property was located on the east side of Zion to... more

Very well appointed cabins with large comfortable beds & good essential amenities. The restaurant was quite good, but expensive for relatively basic fare. One thing that was not made clear was that the meadow view cabins were separated from the buffalo meadow & the retaurant by the main highway to Zion. Sadly the buffalo were not visible until our second... more

A friend and I stayed here for two nights. It was fabulous! The setting is so picturesque! We had a cabin, beautifully decoraated in the Western/Adirindack style. It had a microwave and refrigerator, the latter very useful for keeping cold beers to enjoy on our porch overlooking the grazing buffalo. A big plus was the delicious, also nicely decorated restaurant.... more

We stayed in one of the meadow view cabins and was pleasantly surprised by how large and clean our cabin was! The beds and duvet were so comfy -- it was difficulty to leave the bed in the morning. We had never traveled to Zion Nat'l Part and weren't sure which area to stay in -- Mt. Carmel Junction or... more

We stay here in buffalo cabin #174 which had a front view of the property. The room was very clean and the bath room was spotless. It had a shower and the jacuzzi was in the room with the bed which is nice for a romantic night. There is a small icebox and microwave. The cabin has a nice big... more

We found this resort on tripadvisor and decided to stay a night while en route to Zion National Park and Coral Pink Sand Dunes. The resort is located off the highway en route to the East entrance of Zion National Park and adjacent to a wild buffalo reserve (a hit with the kids). Our group consisted of 4 adults and... more
