It is a descent motel, with clean rooms and most important is the awesome location. The motel is on US 89, and am sure will be best choice for people having both Zion national park and Bryce canyon on their travel itinerary.

This quaint little motel was the best value of our entire Utah vacation. It has nice clean rooms and the management were very accommodating. There is some road noise as it is close to Highway 89 but the view is very nice. There is pretty good birding around the property as well. This is a great place to stay if... More

We were turned away from our AAA-rated Best Western Motel, but the receptionist there recommended this lodging just two miles north of Mt. Carmel Junction. I was skeptical because of its 50s look, but we took the last available room and it was a cabin set up for six people. It was only later that I noticed the well-maintained owner's... More

I arrived a bit early for my 3 day stay and Lucy the motel owner allowed me to check into my "just cleaned" room #2 and it was spotless! She suggested Soup Town Cafe a few miles north in Orderville for lunch and it was very good. I loved the surroundings at this motel from the fresly mowed field across... More

What a gem! I booked a stay at this motel because it was affordable and pet friendly. Little did I know it was a great value and had some of the best service I've had at an inn, hotel, or motel of any sort. This is a small motel on the highway about 45 minutes from Zion. I highly recommend... More

We were a bit anxious as to what sort of accommodation we would get in an RV park but we needn't have as it was just perfect. We loved the trees and the garden, easy access to Restaurants, Zion and Bryce NP. It was reasonably priced and you get a discount if you stay 3 nights. The wifi worked well... More

The woman who presumably owns the place was quite nice at check in. For around fifty dollars, the rooms were clean and nice, although definitely older and without ornamentation. The wifi was blazing fast (over 10 mb/s download, if I remember correctly), especially for such a small town location. The owner's cat and dog were wandering around the grounds and... More

I really do hesitate to share this cute little place as its becoming harder to get reservations here. I've stayed here every year for the past 4 years now as my children have a summer camp close by. The property is definitely older but well cared for, impeccably clean, cute and comfortable. You will not find a better price in... More

As we were driving by I thought NO I would not stop at a place like this, but WOW was I surprised. As we searched for other places near by they were over priced for the night. So we returned to Mt Carmel Motel. The rate for the night was $ 45 and was it worth it. The room was... More

Recommended to try here by a Hotel down the road, and to be honest as they had a room and as we were exhausted, we thought - Oh, what the heck. How bad could it be. Call me any names, you like - I am just being honest. Small room, with dble-bed, fridge, A/C, TV, Kettle, Parked right outside etc,... More
