The View, itself, is a destination. Charming, warm and welcoming ... with the most spectacular view of almost any hotel I've momentarily called home! Despite chilly and foggy weather, we were able to pop in and out of our rooms unto balconies with no obstructions to Monument Valley.

We choose the higher level rooms, costs more but for the one night there it was very well worth it. You are torn between sitting on your balcony and actually getting in between the monuments. Food was so-so in the restaurant and the area is dry (no alcohol). You are there for the view. Signs say to have an appropriate... More

Very comfortable rooms, large bathroom and a outside deck to take in the breath taking Monuments. Their restaurant was cosy and meals very good. All the staff were friendly and helpful when asked questions. I liked their idea of using the complimentary Wi-Fi only in the lobby area where there are comfortable lounges and tables and fire place to take... More

The other day I watched "A Million Ways to Die in the West", not a huge badge of honour, but throughout the opening credits were rolling shots of Monument Valley, beautiful and majestic. All I could think was, "Wow. I stayed there." You will see the iconic photos of the valley everywhere and from our room, we had a postcard... More

By far one of the highlights of our western trip. The cultural experience was amazing, great facility, wonderful food, very helpful staff, we loved everything about it. We stayed on the second floor in one of the premier view rooms, well worth it. Did I mention the view? great sunrise from our balcony overlooking the mittens. Looking forward to doing it... More

Everything about this hotel is excellent. Every room has a spectacular view of Monument Valley. The rooms are exceptionally clean, the bathroom is as nice as any hotel anywhere. Thick plush towels, comfortable bedding, and did I mention the view. Dining room is also great as are the meals. They even show movies outside in the evening. Spent entire summer... More

Excellent location atop of a ridge overlooking the Monument Valley Navajo Tribal Park. Amazing sunrise (all rooms with balcony facing east) worth getting up early! Solid breakfast included, shop with Navajo rugs, jewellery, music and many more, and a visitor center next door. We have had a great stay here, and will sure be back again. Free Wi-fi in the... Staying here in front of the Monuments was magical. We had a room on the ground floor - the panorama was spectacular. Sunset and sunrise from our veranda were unforgettable. Everyone flocked to the front of the hotel for sunset but the real show was from the rooms over the Monuments. The staff are sincere, well-meaning, and helpful in a... More

This is the only place to stay that is in Monument Valley. Excellent Hotel. Excellent value. New staff is learning their craft. Restaurant was OK. Great handmade crafts in the park. Museum / gift shop was pricey.
