We had a nice room, with comfortable beds, but the pillows were a little too large for me. Sleep quality was fine, a little noise from adjoining rooms, but not enough to be objectionable. The restaurant was fine, with large portions. It was nice to have an indoor pool available, as it was below freezing outside. I also recommend Goulding's... More

Stayed here for one night but can't wait to come back. Great service at front desk and well located . The room was impeccable - sitting area with kitchen separate to spacious bedroom and bathroom + deck with gorgeous views. Not sure if we were upgraded or not but was the room above reception (12 I think?) - modern decor,... More

Stayed one night on road trip to Moab. Had a large, clean room with king bed. Room had an mediocre view of the distant buttes in area, you have to go to monument valley viewpoint to see the classic photo views. Restaurant service was slow, as was busy with tour bus crowd. Food was good. Were treated well at reception.... More

We stayed 2nights at this place and its very nice hotel with romantic view to Monument valley-just 10minutes from there. Rooms are big enough and clean. Only one problem- when somebody is having shower its very loud! Its like to have water tube behind your head and its wake you up.

We stayed 2 nights having driven up from Phoenix in early November 2104. On arrival the staff were friendly and welcoming. We enquired about the location of our Navajo spirit tour at the View hotel nearby and the member of staff we spoke with about that was a bit frosty and unhelpful. No need for that really. The view hotel... More

Stayed here for two nights to visit Monument and Mystery Valley. We had a motel-type room with a balcony and great view towards Monument Valley. The room itself was OK - a bit small with very thin walls - we could actually hear conversations in the adjoining room. The restaurant was OK too - good value and again, good views.... More

We booked at Gouldings because we got a great deal on Bookings.com. I was a little worried because it was so cheap but it was only one night so what the heck! What a wonderful surprise we had! Gouldings is old, historic in fact with the original buildings dating to the 1920's. There's a super cool free museum relating its... More

All hotels were full when we visited Monument Valley, so we stayed in one of Goulding's few remaining vacation rentals, a studio apartment at the Monument Valley Airport. Driving instructions at check in were different: drive down to the airstrip, take the gravel road past the hogan to the hangar and enter the apartment from the door on the left... More

We were given a room on the ground floor, in the front block of apartments, so we had a sweet little balcony with a great view of Monument Valley. Unfortunately, we got there when it was almost dark, but the view next morning was fab. The onsite museum was really interesting, as was looking around the former home the place's... More

Booked via booking.com and got a great price for a king room with view for two nights. Checked in at 2pm and got a fantastic room on the 2nd floor with a fantastic view of the famous buttes. The room looked as if it had been recently upgraded and was decorated in a local theme which was very tasteful -... More
