Stayed here based on previous reviews, which were not exactly accurate. Our room had a horrible musty smell. The mattress was old and saggy, they might as well have not put pillows on the bed, as there was nothing to them. The room was in dire need of an upgrade. It had a fridge and microwave which were not needed,... More

Not the best place I have ever stayed but MOAB hotels way overpriced. The room at Canyonland Motor Inn was clean except for the sink which the housekeeper forgot to wipe down after spraying with a cleaner so..I wiped it down. The bed was comfortable as were the pillows and sheets clean and fresh. The ice machine did not work... More

Unlike the chain motels, the owners are very personable and conscientious. The room was clean, comfortable and reasonable priced. My wife and I have stayed here on five different occasions as it is about half way between where we live in Arizona and Salt Lake City where our son has recently moved to.

Nice room, large for the price, very comfortable, very well maintained, really friendly and helpful owner. What's not to like? Monticello is one of the nicest towns in eastern Utah, and this was certainly a nice hotel.

This is a place to recommend, very quiet ,very central, very clean and refurbished. Cosy. The pricing is very reasonable, you will have an excellent value for money perhasps the best in the whole town; we were arrived by night and we tried four of the hotels before to settle for that one. But the main thing is the exceptional... More

We were travelling between Arches National Park and Monument Valley and needed somewhere to stay halfway to break up our drive. Staff were helpful and very friendly. Motel is clean and adequately equipped (fridge, microwave, onsite laundry). The wifi is very slow, and the dining options in Monticello are very limited (if coming from Arches, I'd recommend stopping in Moab... More

I agree with the recent reviews and rate this as a pretty good stay. The staff were helpful and room good, cosy, clean, comfortable and pillows just right! I initially found the wi-fi very poor, but this could have been solved from the start at check-in by them specifying which of the radar options was best. Although on the main... More

I booked my stay in advance and check in literally took me less than 2 minutes. Staff is very nice and attentive to your needs. Room was clean and well kept and the bed was VERY comfortable! Great price and easy access to parks. Very quiet hotel. Small town and so not a lot of food choices. I got to... More

My sister and I were passing through here on a road trip and were looking for a cheap place to sleep for a couple of hours. While the man who checked us in was nice enough, I thought it was very sketchy that we were able to pay in cash and he did not ask for any form of ID... More

Stayed here last week, clean room, spacious, comfy bed, excellent pillows, good TV, fair price, microwave and fridge. Stayed in a room in the back downstairs so no road noise. Did have a problem with the key but once you get the hang of it, no worries. I would stay here again.
