We found that the reviews here are spot on. This is a nice family owned place with clean rooms and comfy beds. And after checking the availability of rooms in Moan (and the steep prices) we were glad to travel the extra 50 miles after a day at Arches NP.

This motel has very clean rooms. The front desk lady was extremely nice. The walls are paper thin, so be careful what you say. As other reviews have stated the shower fluctuates between hot and cold, so it is a good idea to have it a little cold as to not get burned. Overall it is not a bad place... More

This is an older motel from the 40's that has been redone, but does have some of the problems of motels from that era - you cannot wish bathrooms larger even if they are redone. And they are still upgrading based on a conversation with the owner. We did have a problem with the shower - erratic hot and cold... More

This is an old, but clean & fairly well kept motel. The bed was comfortable. We have three complaints, two nuisances & one quite serious. First, security was poor in our room: window latches were broken & hard to apply. Second, all appliances were unplugged, including the mini-refrigerator, & we were not warned that this was the case. And the... More

We booked this and was skeptical. But very much to our surprise what a great place and either the owners wife or managers wife couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. But the dead give away that it was a great place is they were displaying their Trip Advisor Excellance Award for 2013. Nothing more needed. Clean, comfortable, quite.

We stayed here at the day before we handing over to Moab. The price, services and room were good. Clean room and safety were all we asking for. The front desk staff was really nice as well. The wifi got weak during peak hours. A/C was pretty loud but it didn't affect our sleep. Another part we both liked was... More

We arrived in the evening and found the hospitality to be outstanding. We all should have such a great attitude. Room was a bit dated but very clean. New ac units. Extremely hot showers. A great find along our road trip. You can't be disappointed with the price and condition.

We picked the motel for the price with the assistance of other Trip Advisor reviews. We weren't led astray. We didn't want to spend a lot on a room as we were arriving in the evening and leaving early the following morning. The room was clean and comfortable. We liked the chairs in front of the rooms allowing guests to... More

We may have been lucky as the desk clerk did say we were getting one of the new king beds. It was comfy firm but plush pillow top. Fridge and microwave as we'll ask desk and table. One quirk the outlets are on the light switches so if you want to charge overnight you need to turn the lights off... More

This room was adequate to spend the night. There was nothing wrong with it but also nothing exceptional. The room was clean and the bed was ok. The staff was friendly. One thing I will give them 5 stars for is they give two big pillows on the bed and not a bunch of diner mint pillows, other motels could... More
