This was my 3rd stay at this hotel. The owners are fantastic, the morning manager was amazing, hands on, and always helpful, rooms were spiffy, breakfast and pool were excellent. I prefer staying here and trekking up to Moab. I like the sleepy small town, and it gets brilliantly cool at night. Our room faced the field in the back,... More

We stayed here after a visit to Arches National Park. The room was clean and comfortable. The Inn offers a full size pool which my sons enjoyed. The pool stayed open later in the evening which was a plus since we arrived after 9 pm. The breakfast was good as well.

My wife has been friends with the owner since high school. A long time ago he invited us to check out his hotel, which had been renovated fairly recently. He also offered to introduce us to local vendors and off-the-path activities. Our family spent several nights here in March. We used it as 'base camp' while we explored Arches National... More

The motel is clean, comfortable, and provides everything we needed during our three-night stay. The staff is pleasant and accommodating, and they went out of their way to make our stay the best possible. We didn't use the pool, but we certainly would have if we could because it was large and clean. I highly recommend the motel for all... More

We chose this hotel based in the good ratings and we are glad we did! We had a wonderful sleep. The room was clean, quiet and the beds were comfortable with lots if comfy pillows and nice bedding. We didn't use the pool because we arrived late but we stopped in to look at it, big and clean! Our kids... More

We normally stay at name brand hotels, but Monticello is limited in this regard. So the Inn at the Canyons was a pleasant surprise. The rooms were clean and beds reminiscent of more expensive hotels. The pool was a great way for the kids to unwind after a day of hiking. The owner guaranteed our room would be quiet and... More

We stayed here one night with our children, ages 5 and 2 years. We were in room 202, on the top/second floor with a beautiful mountain view. The indoor pool was great - very large in a room with wooden ceiling and beams and lots of living green plants. It was clean and there were large pool towels and chaise... More

We are touring the Utah parks and needed a place in Monticello. This is by far the best place in the town. Our room was clean, cool and had a fridge and a microwave. I would say the only drawback is that we had to lug our luggage up one flight of stairs. The pool was clean and BIG and... More

When I travel I just need a clean place to sleep, and to keep my stuff safe while I'm out exploring. This place fit the bill. The kids loved the pool. The breakfast was good, the even had a waffle iron to make mini waffles, great for the little ones while the adults had regular sized waffles. I'd stay here... More

This was our first and last stay at this hotel. We chose it for its location and because it was touted as being pet friendly on its website. We booked online noting we were staying with our small dog. When we arrived, Julia at the front desk informed my mother that all the pet rooms were sold out. My mother... More
