Beautiful part of the country, nice friendly staff. Most of all Heidi. I had a small problem and she made it Perfect in a matter of minutes. Very professional and nice to do business with. Thanks again Heidi.

We were arriving a bit late, been driving all day, front desk person not that friendly. 30 miles to Arches, Moab, Utah but they really overcharge for their proximity for tourists. Very plain room, decor and breakfast (only hot to eat are waffles you make yourself). You won't have many choices in town. It will do in a pinch

My grandma is from Monticello so I enjoy being in monticello. We went to the four corners and Monument valley and this was our stop. It was nice to have this hotel in Monticello we were comfortable and my kids had a fun time in the huge pool. The Pool is awesome. Continental Breakfast was prettty basic but I was... More

What a great place to stay, with clean, comfortable rooms + beds, large heated indoor pool, hot tub, complimantary breakfast, modern amenities (free Wifi) and lovely staff with knowledge of the area. What more could you want! The best hotel in Monticello Utah, better than overpriced Hotels from Moab. I had a wonderful time here staying in one of the... More

I think this is the best hotel in Monticello. The rooms have been recently updated and were very comfortable. Breakfast was adequate with yummy waffles and they have a beautiful indoor pool and spa area. The wifi worked well. We would definitely stay there again.

We stayed there for one night on our way to Canyonlands NP. We got a vey quiet and comfortable king room on the back facing the mountains. Interior pool and hot tub were a plus given the low temperatures we encountered in Monticello mid-May. Breakfast was quite basic but OK. The only drawback is the wireless internet that was almost... You'd expect quite a bit more for a charge of 100+ dollars per night. This is a basic, 1980s motel that is well-worn.You might consider pushing on to Moab for an overnight stay. Monticello does not offer much of anything in the way of accommodation or food. We went to the only restaurant with any sort of trade and was... More

Good: Large room with comfortable king bed Clean Pool looks nice, but didn't try Good coffee in lobby Bad: Lots of attitude from the woman handling check-in, as others have noted. Must be family, or she would be gone by now. Only one side of the bed has a table, though there's plenty of room for another Faucet in sink... More

The room was clean, but breakfast was a little lacking. We would stay there again if we were ever going through Monticello again, but wouldn't go out of our way to do so (says more of Monticello than the hotel, though).
