My wife and I were planning on going to Canyonlands and Arches National Park. We had heard that the prices in Moab were high and a lot of people stay there. We decided to sleep in Monticello and Inn at the Canyons looked like the nicest motel in town. The staff was very friendly and checked us in fast. They... more

I came down for a business trip with no reservations. After driving around town and loooking at all other hotels ( most looked like they were in pretty bad shape) I stopped at Inn at the Canyons. The exterior looked great, could use a little more landscaping. The owner who checked me in (I guess him and his wife own... more

While my husband was working in Monticello and staying for an extended time at this location. Our 5 children and I went to stay with him for just over a week. We found the staff to be very accommodating, the room was comfortable and clean with new mattresses and recent work done. The breakfast was good and filling and the... more

My wife and I were traveling to Arches and Canyonlands and had stopped in Moab but the town was full and everything was over $120USD. So we drove to Monticello and stopped at Inn at the Canyons Its the former Days Inn. The exterior of the hotel looked like the best kept in town so we tried it out. We... more

First impressions were of a dated and shabby property, but we'd booked and they had our money! The carpets and furnishings in both the public areas and the rooms were grubby and the water in the pool was opaque. There were items broken in our room such as the fridge door and a few hangers. Next morning the mattress had... more

This hotel is a budget hotel, but they need to spend some money on carpet cleaning. The carpet shows the traffic areas and is just filthy. They do vacuum, but there is ground in dirt that makes your white socks turn brown on the bottom just walking on it. The bathtub is not very clean, but the rest of the... more

We, two adults and a nine years old child, stayed at the Days Inn on the 30th of June for one night. As we arrived in front of the motel my son seriously said: “Oh, do we have to gas up again?” And in deed, from the outside the motel looks a little bit like a run down gas station.... more

The hotel seemed not too bad when we first arrived. The rooms were simple but seemed clean. The beds were short and horribly hard, but what we found worse was that we ended up being eaten by bed bugs. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone unless you are sure you won't be sleeping with extra critters. B. Erickson more

Staff was lacking any personality and was more interested in talking on phone or taking care of a child in the office. Flys in the room. Went to bed on first evening. Woke to an extremely painful foot. Found I was bit by a spider, which made me very sick. Lost two days of work and foot began sweeling up... more

This is a budget hotel in a small town. Given that, we were pleased with our stay. Everything we needed was supplied and the staff were helpful. The rooms are plain and small, but clean and adequate. We had no trouble with noise (We were on the 2nd floor). The hotel has a very nice indoor pool and hot tub... more
