My family stayed here on our way out of state. Not bad for the price, the room was really clean and the bed was nice. There was no damage or cracks. The bathroom was super clean as well as other areas of the hotel. TV channels were weak, but that could be the signal. Breakfast was decent. Not too bad... More

We decided to stay at this hotel because it was a lot cheaper than the hotels in Moab but still not too far from the Arches and Canyonlands (Island in the Sky district) National Parks. It's along the main road so it wasn't hard to find. It's in a quiet small town. The hotel has an indoor pool which we... More

We had stayed here last year and really enjoyed the indoor pool, it very nice for a small town pool. The rooms are just fine, clean and odor free. Breakfast was continental but seemed to do the job. Plenty of parking and room for big rigs if needed

great `no frills` hotel. very well located, close to many sights in the area, canyonlands, arches, mesa verde, etc.. simple and clean hotel, comfy beds, super quiet, abajo mountains in the backdrop, minimal breakfast buffet selection but ok, awesome pool and hot tub, very helpful staff. a great pick, the price is half (or more) of what you would pay... We stayed here the week before Memorial Day. Prices in Moab, 45 minutes away, were outrageous, so we chose to go on to Monticello which turned out to be about 15 degrees cooler than the 102 they were having in Moab -- which is miserable. We stayed at Inn at the Canyons; the exterior and interior were both well maintained.... More

However, average means it is one of the best places I've stayed in Monticello and I've stayed at almost all of the regular hotels. It's clean but in need of updates. If oldish matresses and non-high def TVs are ok with you then it works just fine.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. When you compare our Hotel to a large city Hotel, and that is what many people forget when they visit the small town of Monticello,( and sounds like you thats what you Did) it's a small TOWN (2 Hotels, 4 Motels, and a gentleman that rents vacation cabins). For a... More

The Inn at the Canyons is a well maintained, clean hotel. It has a very nice indoor pool and hot tub. The included breakfast is very basic. There is no elevator so if you are on the second floor like we were you will have to carry your luggage up steps.

Thank you so much for the kind review and your stay with us. Julia is great, I am lucky to have her. I am almost sure from your review you didn't try the pool or hot tub, otherwise you surely would of mentioned it as it is the crown jewel of the hotel, so bring your swimming suits next time... We enjoyed our two night stay at The Inn at the Canyons. The hotel is above average, the beds very comfortable, everything was clean, the room was quiet, the breakfast was good and replenished frequently. Julia, the front desk receptionist, was extremely helpful, professional, and friendly. We highly recommend this hotel.

Still in my view the best option when travelling to Canyonlands National Park Utah. I like it so much I've stayed here twice! The same quality service time and again Very good and warm welkom and the Housekeeping staff is very nice. Delightful stay. Thanks to the lovely owners Heidi & Jared!

Thank you for the kind review. You must be a yearly, that's what I call the people that visit the parks each year, as I am sure you know you could spend 50 years coming for a week each year and still only see a fraction of the absolute beauty and total serenity when your out there, when you feel... We really liked this hotel, and one reason why is that we were traveling with kids and there is a really good pool here. It's big for a hotel pool and also has a nice hot tub. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, had frig and micro. The biggest negative is that the town of Monticello is very small and there... More
