We wanted a romantic weekend away from the kids and chose Zermatt. We had an Alpine King room. The room itself was very, very nice. It was beautiful done, with everything you would need including nice toiletries, robes, comfortable king bed. However, we pictured mountain views, hot tubbing, patio dining. Our room had a view of an ugly maintenance area.... More

Stayed for two nights at the $350+ town homes in August 2014. First thing I noticed, carpets are dirty. The place is OK and had plenty of room for a party of 8. There was also any amazing amount of flies. We battled them but they kept coming back. The biggest problem was Saturday night. They had booked a huge... More

Loved my stay at the Zermatt. I stayed in one of the Villas for a conference last week and it was really nice to have all that space. There were two bedrooms, one with two doubles and one with a king. In between was a living room with a queen hide-a-bed, a dining area, and a kitchen. The room with... More

From the beginning stages of planning our recent wedding with the Zermatt, they could not have been more accommodating and helpful. Jaime, (our wedding coordinator) was a gem, and very easy to work with. She stepped in when we needed her and also new when to stay out of the way. We were also very impressed by the catering team... We recently visited the Zermatt Resort. We attended a wedding at the Homestead, a sister resort across the street, and extended our stay into a vacation. The Zermatt is wonderful. The staff is superb; the facility is gorgeous. They offer lovely grounds with a view of the Wasatch mountains, a beautiful indoor outdoor pool, a spa, a charming European carousel,... More

Zermatt Resort is a fun property nestled on the hill-side of a beautiful Swiss themed valley. We only spent one night, but easily could have stayed several more nights and not run out of fun activities to keep the family busy. Of note, my daughter accidentally dropped her necklace down the bathroom sink in our room. We stopped at the... More

Lots to do on sight or close by ie: fishing, hiking, swimming, golf, shuffelboard, horse back riding, ATV rentals. On site shuttle, restaurants, bar, cafe, bakery. Rooms need an extra chair for mom and dad or grandma and grandpa, TV guides and new Televisions. Otherwise good.

Best hotel experience we have ever had. The staff was always smiling and ready to help. Very clean and quiet, unlike the noisy highway frontage motels. The Steak Haus was also a very relaxed pleasant evening for the whole family. We will be back. Thanks Zermatt

I had a one night stay at Zermatt and it was awful! There were only two good things I could share - 1) Overall the staff was friendly and quite helpful (although not very present when needed) and 2) the view cannot be beat! Even though the staff was friendly, there were multiple times I could not access them easily.... More

Stayed here four nights and absolutely enjoyed our stay. Felt like we were in Switzerland with the Swiss music playing on the speakers. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was superb. Loved the indoor/outdoor swimming pool!
