We arrived at around 17:00, Checkin was pleasant and the lobby was clean. My children were all, and I mean all sick, so I might be a little more jaded in this review than normal. So, after dragging the family in and the 500 pounds of gear my family insist on carrying with them we entered rather decent sized rooms.... more

The dirtiest place I have ever stayed at. We booked a double room and only had 2 towels. No hand towels or washcloths. I had to go to the front desk to get them. The place smelled of old smoke and mold. It is in desperate need of an update and a deep cleaning. The free breakfast in the morning... more

My recent trip I stayed in this hotel and other places were booked and landed essentially with no choice. I was worried that I am not going to be happy but it was not bad. I heard from some one that they have a change in management and they are taking everything seriously. In my next trip I am going... more

I thought I was making reservations where we stayed on our last ski trip to Utah; unfortunately, that was the La Quinta across the street. Live and learn. This place was the 2nd worst hotel I've ever stayed at (let's not even discuss the worst!); it was dirty (I didn't feel comfortable walking in bare feet in the room), there... more

I found alot of cobwebs on the heater. Between the wall and side table there was a layer of dust and also thick with cobwebs. I also found a live roach in the bathroom. I had also asked for extra pillows and was told that we had enough pillows for that room (king size bed) and we couldn't have extra.... more

I was extremely disappointed and disgusted with the three rooms that we had booked for the night. The check in was very slow with a clerk who was not very cooperative or friendly. The lobby was full of people waiting to be checked in and she did not try to hurry at all. The walls throughout the hotel were dirty... more

Stayed here one night while passing through the area. Relatively low priced for the area. Adequate, but there were some problems. My key cards had to be recoded 3 times, which was inconvenient. Rooms have microwave, fridge, and coffee maker, but my micro and fridge didn't work. Since I was traveling with friends and we had connecting rooms, I used... more

Rates were too high for this class of hotel and the room and service I received. Room was very dirty and unsanitary. Refridgerator in room smelled and was dirty along with the microwave which had not been cleaned in some time. Spoons for coffee in room had been used. Ice bucket was dirty along with the tray it was on... more
