We stayed here for a weekend to ski at Snowbird. We had the suite with the kitchen because we needed the room. It was extraordinarily shabby and dirty. There were two large artificial plants that were full of dust, dried food on the microwave, sticky kitchen floor and, worst of all, a large walk-in closet that smelled overwhelmingly like a... more

I stayed here one night while driving through. Finding it is easy as it's right off the interstate, yet you don't have the noise associated with it. The only problem I had is that my room key didn't work and the front desk guy couldn't get it working so they just switched rooms. Check-in was normal, and my second room... more

This was a nice hotel for a stop over stay to another destination. Easy on and off the 15 fwy. We were very pleased with the accommodations and especially that they are pet friendly. Although there is a Motel 6 next door, the grounds and accommodations at the La Quinta were very nice. What made the stay the best was... more

We stayed here on a cross country move from Portland to Albuqueque. The room we had was probably about average for La Quinta type standards. We stayed in another La Quinta the night before in Portland, OR and that was a bit nicer, as the room was nicer (had a mini-frig, etc), but overall I wouldn't hestitate to stay again.... more

The room was tired and worn. It was a non-smoking room but smelled of old cigarettes that had been deodorized to many times. Although the furniture was not torn or stained, it was sagging and broken down. The cushions on the couch were so flatten they didn't cover the hard edge of the front of the couch. The bed was... more

My husband stayed here for two nights in January 2008 after checking out of the Pavillion Inn in Murray .2 miles away. The La Quinta was extremely noisy. The noises were from running water (poor insulation) and the interior hallway. Furthermore, the hotel was completely booked during our stay. The doors were poorly installed and not insulated (with rubber). When... more

My girlfriend and I stayed at this hotel on Sep 7th for 1 night while enroute to Yellowstone. This hotel met the standards expected of a La Quinta Inn. The room was average sized with 2 double beds. It had all of the modern amenities expected in a hotel of this class, such as refrigerator, microwave, iron, TV, phone, Wi-Fi,... more

This was my very first La Quinta and for the room rate I wasn't expecting much. So it was a lovely surprise that practically everything was better than expected staying at this property in Midvale, a few minutes south of Salt Lake City. Getting there is fairly straight forward although we did drive past it once due to some unfortunate... more

My Husband and I were traveling with our dog. This hotel doesn't charge extra for a pet and you can have your pet in any room not just smoking rooms. It is walking distance from a great dog day care place (the Dog Lodge) and walking distance from Trax. The room was clean and the bed was soft. You have... more

I've stayed at this La Quinta either during MLK wkend or President's wkend for the past 5 years. The mountains around Salt Lake have become one of my favorite snowboard destinations in the world. Each year, I try to round up friends to come out to Salt Lake to go skiing or snowboarding. The trip from NY can be costly... more
