My husband & I stayed at Valley of the Gods B&B in May. It is a rare thing anymore to find a beautiful, quiet, isolated place like this. There are no neighbors in sight, no wifi, & no tv which, to me, was appreciated. The building is lovely, eccentric, & very very peaceful & Valley of the Gods is just... More

We drove by this lovely B&B on one of our first tripst to the 4 Corners. We referred friends, and FINALLY, we got to stay! Lovely lovely place. Our room had its own porch, and a very comfortable bed and bath. The hosts were congenial and professional. We felt welcomed and in good hands. It was a gift just to... More

After a stressful year, I wanted a trip that would take me away to a different reality, and this is the place that did it. My only regret is that I couldn't stay longer. The lodging itself is unique in that it was originally a homestead built in the 1930's, fell into disrepair and has been lovingly repaired & remodeled... More

We have tried to stay at this B&B for years, but they only have four rooms and they are always booked. This time we booked months in advance, and it was worth it. It sits alone in a Monument Valley like setting, off the grid, and is run by Claire and Gary, two friendly and skilled hosts Breakfasts are large,... More

Gary and Claire are wonderful hosts. Gary is a former park ranger (at El Morro among other places) and is knowledgeable about the high country desert and canyon neighborhood. I'm something of a western history buff--but I found that Claire knew a lot more than I do about northern Arizona and southern Utah history. I enjoyed the conversations very much.... More

what an amazing experience! we were almost put off by the fact you cannot book online and have to give the owners a phone call instead, but, given all the positive reviews, we decided to wait a decent time to call from uk and give it a try. the owner was very friendly and booking and pay by card was... I personally don’t bring up politics with strangers, co-workers, and certainly not customers of mine. In reference to that, the owners Gary and Claire are old hippies running a (“say it isn’t so”) for-profit business in an incredibly beautiful setting that reminded me of being in a John Wayne western. This B&B is also off the grid, although "being green”... More

We (a family of 3,-parents and 18 y.o. son) really enjoyed our stay in this B&B. The location (Valley of the Gods) definitely lives up to its name. The house is beautiful and its unusual style is very enjoyable. The rooms are comfortable, quiet and beautiful. The hosts are great,- knowledgeable, helpful and fun. The breakfasts are plentiful and tasty.... More

Can't say enough about this bed and breakfast. It was the most peaceful place, quiet, beautiful, just amazing. The hosts were fantastic and it amazed us how great they ran their bed and breakfast without permanent water and electricity. You really felt one with nature. Our room was wonderful and the stone shower the best! This is really a place... More

You are miles from nowhere. No cars. No traffic. No lights. Nothing commercial. You are in the middle of the Milky Way, absorbed by millions of stars, viewing ghost-like spires rising from the valley floor, inhaling the fresh, crisp air in the beauty of southern Utah. You are in the wild. What an amazing experience! This was indeed the highlight... More
