My husband & I & our 12 year old son had the most amazing stay here in the Summer of 2013. This truly is the place to get away from everything. A truly special place, but not for everyone though. You are off the grid since there's no internet connection. You are really in the middle of nowhere. Just the... More

My wife and I stayed here in August 2013, and I was just reminiscing about how amazing the trip was, and in particular how amazing this B&B was. This place is made for sunrises and sunsets, sitting on the porch or ambling around to soak in the incredible stillness and breathtaking vistas. One morning, a raven did a barrel roll... More

Stayed at the B&B over the holidays. It was superb. Relaxing, friendly, clean. Gary and Claire made us feel so welcome. Our room with the sun porch attached and the fireplace in the corner was so comfortable. Each evening that we stayed there we enjoyed sitting around the fireplace and sharing our meals and stories with the other travelers. Can't... More

Claire and Gary welcomed us on our return after several years away. This has got to be one of the sweetest spots in the planet! There was some hesitation as to whether it would be wise to revisit: could it be as memorable? Needless to say, it was and they made us feel most welcome in our 'honeymoon suite' in... More

We were welcomed by Gary and Claire into their home. Our room was very comfortable and had a great view, even a little sun room, and chairs out on the verandah. The view during sunrise and sunset as the light plays in the valley is wonderful and the stars plentiful, but a bit chilly to stargaze. Breakfast was served at... More

I awoke at 3 a.m. and heard. NOTHING!!! The peace and quiet was unbelievable. no clock, no tv, no radio. Nothing but millions of stars. And yes, great breakfast, unique rooms, and great hosts. Every couple should enjoy just sitting on the porch and watching the world and an occasional car go by. And the valley of the Gods is... More

What a beautiful and amazing place! When we arrived we were immediately welcomed by Claire who instantly made us feel at home. The place is so interesting with the stone rooms, furnishings, and decor. The views are the best in Monument Valley! Gary was so friendly and answered all our questions. The place is solar powered but we had plenty... More

Really enjoyed my stay at this place, Gary and Claire made us feel very welcome and the room we stayed in was an ideal retreat from the blistering heat outside. The seating area on the porch was a great place to sit and relax and 1 night had a great light show from a distant storm. Cant recommend enough.

I rated it average, but actually the place is everything but average… let’s say that there are some very pros and cons! The place itself is amazing, in the middle of nowhere, offering a location really impressive. The building is an old stone house and the attention the owners have put on all details of rooms and common spaces is... More
