We stayed here for one night a few weeks ago. We were able to reserve a cabin along the river. The cabin was clean and fresh and was very cozy. We couldn't have been happier. One note, the bathroom did not have any bath soap. We couldn't figure out why it was missing or if this was a normal thing.... More

We stayed in the cabins for the August 2014 UTV Jamboree. This is our second visit and it is just a nice quite little get away. There is a restaurant close to the property, one a few miles down the road, if you bring food there is a grill outside on the porch and cute little kitchen with a microwave... More

An out of the way hideaway on Highway 89 on the Sevier River. Perfect night's rest in a small cabin. Restaurant across the street but if you're stopping for dinner be there well before 7:00pm on week nights because it was locked up tight when I got there at 6:45. Clean and a great bargain. This is the real Rock... More

Not as excited as I thought it would be, but would probably come back. Pretty here. Cabin was old but clean and fresh. TV didn't work with directv but they had old movies in the room, which was kinda fun

Although we did not make reservations in advance, the resort had a room available in the motel. The rooms were not modern but were very clean and comfortable. However, for a longer stay, the cabins seemed to be updated. There was a lot to do and see, and the people were friendly.

We did not stay here, but only did the rafting trip with our two sons (10 and 12). There were the right amount of rapids for us (mostly Class II); fun and exciting without freaking anyone out. Our guide, Zack, gave great instructions making everyone confident. We were camping in Zion so there were not a lot of options near... More

Stayed here overnight with family to go rafting. A few of stayed in hotel rooms, & the others in the big cabin. Overall, it was a good stay. Beautiful surroundings, friendly & knowledgeable staff & fun stuff to do! We did the adventure course, zip lining & rafting & had a blast! The hotel rooms were a nice size &... More

Depending on your travel savvy and level of expectation will completely determine your end experience. We stayed in a cabin and though it was a little "rustic" and could use a little TLC... the pros including location and friendly staff far outweighed the cons. Great access to ATV trails, good local activities, and dinning make is a great little quick... More

Just making my reservations for this year. We stayed here on our vacation last year and had such a great time we decided to come again. We stayed in Cabin 107 which overlooks the river. It has a nice king size bed, TV, refrigerator and microwave. We loved having our morning coffee out on the porch. So peaceful. Alll the... More
